Saphira's POV
I watched with an aching headache as Zoro and Luffy kept on with their fight against each other. "What's their problem with each other?..." Luckily, their ridiculous banter was stopped by our saving grace, Nami. She, quite literally, knocked some sense into them. I'm glad she came and stopped their fight, or else I had to do something. Honestly, I might have given them horrible concussions if I tried to hit them with my metal fists. It did make me wonder, how strong is Nami?
...
After Nami 'calmed' the idiots down and explained a few things to them, did the idiots finally look to be their normal selfs. Well, as normal as they can be. Nami took some time to write down everything I needed to know of the blue hair girl, which I now know is named Vivi, and her situation as well as what we are going to do to help her. I sigh in exhaustion, I did not want to stray off coarse. I have a goal after all. I didn't have the time or heart to worry about everyone else's problems.
As I think of ways to make them abandon Vivi or to just convince them to promise just to take her home and let her deal with the rest on her own, I looked up to see a disturbing and shocking sight. The big guy with the big hair, which I later learned his name is Igaram, showed up out of nowhere dressed like Vivi. I just blinked at the man as he discussed something with Nami and Luffy. Although, from Nami's reaction, she didn't seem pleased.
The big guy, Igaram, led us to a ship docked at the side of the island. I lean against a wall as I wait for them to finish their conversation, so I can butt-in and try to change the crew's mind about helping Vivi. It's cruel of me to just abandon someone that obviously needs help, but I have my own problems to deal with. And, if they persist in still helping her, I'll just take another ship and Logpose, and sail on my own. I probably should have done that from the beginning, instead of joining a pirate crew.
Then again, sailing alone doesn't sound appealing either. I sigh as I took out my notebook and started writting a paragraph of reasons and what-not to abandon Vivi and continue on with our journey. I pause when I looked up and realize that Igaram has already departed. I was about to erase a sentence and write something else down, but fell to my knees and clutched my ears in pain when a sudden and large explosion went off. 'Yippeee...my hearing is back...' I wanted to cry for my luck. Did the explosion cause my ears to open? Or, did my ears pop open at the 'perfect' time?
Either way, screw you virus! I stood up on shaky legs as I looked in the distance to see that the ship Igaram was on had exploded. I pull my hands away from my ears and was glad to see there wasn't any blood on my gloves. I was snapped out of my thoughts when Zoro glabbed my wrist and dragged me along as we run after Luffy. I could hear Nami try to get Vivi to run with us. "Hey, I-" Zoro cut me off as he tried to catch up with Luffy. "I'll write an explanation later, just hurry!"
I sigh heavily, "Zoro-" He glanced at me over his shoulder, "I said I'll write an explanation later!" I frown at him as I dig my heels into the ground and pulled the arm he was holding. He gasped and turned to me with a frown, "What are you-" I quickly cut him off, "I was trying to tell you I can hear you, dammit!" I huff a breath before ripping my arm out of his grip. "Wait, since when-" I cut him off again, getting frustrated. "When the ship exploded. Now, hurry up." I run passed him and in the direction I saw Luffy disappear. "Hey!" Zoro was not impressed and quickly ran after me.
I halt in my run as I watch Luffy drag Usopp and Sanji out of the building. He was dragging Usopp by his nose and Sanji by his leg. I just shake my head at the comical sight and follow after them. We all board the Mary and quickly set sail. I wasn't sure yet why we were rushing to leave, but my insticts gave me a warning that things are getting dangerous. I glance at Vivi and sigh in frustration and exhaustion. 'She just lost someone who was dear to her...' Now I didn't have the guts or the heart to change their minds of helping her. I look at my notepad and just tossed it into the water.
