Amber POV

*Knock! Knock!*

"My Lady! Wake up! It's time to get ready for your celebration!"

"Gasp!" My eyes immediately opened as I heard Gesine's voice, then I got out of bed feeling wary. "Come on now! I'm ready to face my deathbed! Bring it on! I'll cast out every bit of rotten people here just to avoid my death!" I fumed as I posed like a sumo wrestler, then the door of my room opened. "Sigh. It's too early to be reckless, my lady," Gesine said as she walked inside and saw me doing my pose. "Come on, off to the bathroom," she said while she pushed me inside my exclusive bathroom. Hehe! "What's my schedule for today?" I said as I took off my clothes and soaked myself in my luxurious bathtub. "Ah, it feels so right to brag that I am rich knowing that my end is coming." I then let myself be consumed by cold water.

"His Majesty the King comes with a surprise for you after your visit to the town," Gesine said, and I frowned. "A surprise? That was never mentioned in my novel; has Calyx gone nuts?" I said to myself. "Your dress is ready, my lady. Prince Gwydion is eager to see you wearing this dress," Gesine said, and I sighed. "Please be a comfy one," I said because Gwydion keeps buying me cute dresses that are heavy to wear. "In a minute, Gesine."

*Shines*

"Huwah! My lady looks dashing!" Gesine said as she finished fixing my appearance, which was not bad. The dress is a bit comfy; the color is iridescent white, and it really looks like a jellyfish. Hmm... yup, a lolita dress, and I look completely dolled up. Now, time to find a companion. "Let's go, my Lady. Your brother Gwydion is waiting for you at the dining hall." Gesine said that it ruins my mood. "Alright! Bye, Gesine!" I said while I smiled playfully. "Wha-- My Lady!" I started to disappear in front of her, then I teleported in front of the door of Cleon's room.

"Cleon!" I shouted as I saw Cleon open his door. "Aaah! What the heck is wrong with you?" he was startled while I laughed at him. "Haha! Sorry. Can you accompany me to town?" I asked. "As much as I wanted to, I can't," he said, and I was shocked by his rejection. "Why??" I cried.

"I have training."

"Cancel it! It's my birthday!"

"Can't," I gasped as he coldly continued to reject me.

"Please accompany me!" I cried drastically.

"I really can't. Besides, Brother Gwydion is accompanying you for your safe visit to the town that already put me at ease," he said, and I sniffed because he got it all wrong. You shouldn't be at ease! That's the reason that I'm going to die! Even though I'm with Gwydion, I still die! I need an alternative way to stop it!

"You're wrong!"

"Quit bugging me and go to the town! People are waiting for you there!" he said as he walked away, looking annoyed.

"But-"I quickly followed him.

"Have a wonderful day at the town, and you look cute." I stopped following him when he said that, and I can see him blushing in embarrassment while I was left alone.
