After changing into something more comfortable, Y/N made her way downstairs, only to be engulfed in a warm embrace by her brothers. They peppered her with questions, voices filled with worry. "Are you okay? Did you get hurt? Why didn't you tell us sooner?" they asked, their concern apparent. Y/N reassured them with a smile, calming their anxious hearts.
After the warm reunion, Y/N turned to introduce her brothers except ryushio to her friends. Just as the introductions began, the sound of approaching footsteps echoed through the hall. All eyes turned to see a man standing in the doorway-tall, with a calm but unmistakably intense presence. The air grew still as they recognized the figure: Ryu Shio, Y/N's older brother. But he wasn't the only one to draw attention.
Tomo, who had been frozen near the staircase, was now staring wide-eyed at the man , her heart nearly skipping a beat. There he was-her fiancé, someone she hadn't seen in months, standing just a few feet away, his gaze locked on her with a sharp, unreadable expression. Shio's eyes narrowed as he noticed her, clearly less than pleased.
"Well, well, look who decided to disappear without a word," he said, his tone a mixture of frustration and relief. "And ignoring my calls too? Do you know how worried I was?"
Tomo felt the color drain from her face. She could only think of one thing: Run if you want to live. Without a second thought, she spun on her heel and sprinted in the opposite direction.
"Stop right there!" Shio's voice boomed as he immediately gave chase. "You're not going anywhere until I get some answers!"
Laughter and surprised gasps filled the room as everyone watched the chase unfold. Tomo dashed through the halls, darting between furniture as Shio pursued her with determination.
"Get back here, Tomo!" he called, half exasperated, half amused.
The scene was chaotic yet oddly heartwarming, a reminder that, despite their complicated lives, there were still moments of light and love. Y/N and the others exchanged glances, smiles tugging at their lips as they watched the "cat-and-mouse" game unfold between Tomo and her possessive, soon-to-be husband.
