As Jungwon stepped into the dorm, a sense of comfort washed over him, but his moment of peace was quickly interrupted.
Sunoo approached him, holding a letter with an amused glint in his eyes. "Hey, Jungwon! You've got a letter," He announced, passing it over before flipping through a stack of other envelopes he had just retrieved from the mailbox.
Jungwon took the letter, glancing at the unfamiliar handwriting, his brow furrowing in confusion.
Typically, any invitations or official communications for the players would filter through their manager first. He turned it over, noticing no return address or any identifying marks that could give him a clue about its origin. Curious, he stepped into his room and closed the door behind him.
He sat on his bed, carefully examining the letter.
It was an invitation to a small interview — something he had not expected at all. His schedule was clear for the day mentioned, which was fortunate. Perhaps it would be a good opportunity to promote the new season. With that thought in mind, he tucked the letter away and decided to take a refreshing shower, wanting to wash off the sweat from practice earlier.

Meanwhile, in another part of the city, Mingi had been plotting.
He had been quiet for a while, but suddenly, he messaged Jiyeon with a sense of urgency. “I have a job for you,” He typed, the screen lighting up in the dimly lit room.
“What is it?” Jiyeon replied, curiosity piqued.
“Sana is out of town,” Mingi explained, a wicked grin spreading across his face. “I have a great idea to frame Jungwon. If we play this right, we can make Sana lose her trust in him.”
Jiyeon’s interest was instantly captivated. “What do you have in mind?”
Mingi took a moment to outline his plan, knowing that it had the potential to shake things up significantly. He had done his homework and discovered that Jungwon had no commitments this weekend, making it the perfect time to execute their scheme.
“I found out that Jungwon will be free, which means we can set something up that looks suspicious,” Mingi said, his mind racing with possibilities. “We can create a scenario where Jungwon appears to be in a compromising situation. It’ll look bad for him, especially without Sana around to defend him.”
Jiyeon felt a thrill of excitement at the prospect. “That could work! But how do we make sure he doesn’t suspect anything?”
Mingi chuckled softly, his confidence surging. “We’ll make it subtle. We just need to plant the right evidence and orchestrate a few interactions. It’s all about the timing. If we can get the right photos and a few well-placed rumors, we can make this blow up.”
As they continued to plot, Mingi felt a sense of satisfaction wash over him. This plan was not just about causing drama; it was a way to take control of the narrative and shake Jungwon’s relationship with Sana. He had seen the way they looked at each other, the way they interacted.
It was time to test the strength of that bond.
Meanwhile, Jungwon was blissfully unaware of the storm brewing around him. He finished his shower, feeling refreshed and ready for whatever the interview might bring. However, in the back of his mind, a slight unease lingered, stemming from the letter he had received.
Little did he know that this seemingly innocent invitation would soon entwine him in a web of deception that could threaten everything he held dear.
