Chapter 10: Eggman

Y/n: 91... 92... 93

As you kept count of your push-ups, you fought back against the gravity you had set for your training room. Thanks to E.Gadd, he was able to implement a gravity device into your training room. Right now, you were training under 10 times Earth's gravity.

Y/n: 94... 95... 96... 97

You kept your promise to Meggy and began to train more intensely. Even incorporating the Kaio-ken technique in your training. It hurt, and after every session, it felt like you body was going to collapse in on itself. But also started paying off as you began getting stronger and faster.

Y/n: 98... 99... 100!

As you finally finish up your set, you quickly reach for the remote that was in your pocket and click a button. Instantly, the room returned to its original gravity and you fall to the ground, breathing heavily. After catching your breath, you get up and grab your gym bag and leave the training room.

While walking through the halls, you look out the window and see the sun had risen over the horizon. Soon the others will arrive, which means that you should hurry to the shower. After entering the bathroom, you start the shower and take your shirt off.

You couldn't help but see the progress of your training. Your muscles had become more defined as time went on. Not a body builder size by any means, but just enough where you could see your muscles without flexing.

With a small boost to your confidence, you remove the rest of you clothes and enter the shower to wash off today's training. After washing and drying, you grab the clean clothes from your bag and put them on replacing the empty space with your dirty clothes.

Leaving the bathroom, you head down to the foyer, where you see a very groggy looking SMG4 with a mug of coffee in his hand.

Y/n: Morning SMG4.

SMG4: Morning. What are you doing here so early.

Y/n: Training.

SMG4: Of course. I'll never understand how you can have so much energy this early I'm the morning.

Y/n: Maybe if you slept at a normal time and not stay up late staring into a computer screen.

SMG4: Hmm... nah.

You shrug your shoulders.

Y/n: Anyway, I'm gonna drop these off at my house, I'll be back soon.

SMG4 gave a muffled 'okay' as he was drinking his coffee. You exited the castle, and pushed yourself off the ground, taking to the sky. After flying for a few minutes, you look down and see the construction on the city was doing well.

After you recovered, you spent a few days helping to clean up the mess and helping the construction workers with some heavy lifting. But the weirdest part was that you could've sworn that you saw Waluigi helping out a couple of times. But it must've been your mind playing tricks on you.

Once you finally made it to your house, you put the bag in the laundry room and head back outside and take to the sky again to go back to the castle. When you finally return, you see that everyone had already arrived.

As you greeted everyone, you go to the kitchen to grab a drink. In the kitchen was Bowser, who was writing down a list.

Y/n: How's it going Bowser?

Bowser: It's good. Mario just forgot to go grocery shopping. Again.

Y/n: Yeah that sounds about right.

Opening the fridge, your eyes scan around, trying to find a specific drink. However, as your eyes scan around the interior, you couldn't find what you were looking for.
