Valerie was the happiest shes ever been. Val and Javon were back to late night drives through the city. She had her head sticking out the window resting her back against the door. Frank Ocean blasted through the cars speakers, playing from Valeries playlist.
Javon stared at her when they'd stopped at a red light. Seeing as the wind wasnt as strong as when the car was moving, Valerie looked up, straight at Javon, noticing he was looking at her first.
"What?" She smiled. "Nah- Nothing." He glanced at the road before looking back at her smiling. Valerie adjusted to sit properly in her seat, reaching over to Javons hand, holding it as he started driving again.
He brung her hand up, and kissed it twice. Valerie watched her boyfriend in awe, how'd everything change so quickly? One minute she thought Javon hated her. Now she gets to call him her boyfriend.
"Did you want me to drop you home?" Javon glanced at his girlfriend before focusing back to the road. "Can I stay with you tonight?" She turned her head to look at him. "Yea, of course. Does Vinny know you're with me?" "No but Eli does."
Javon smiled. After all the sleepless nights, he finally earned the privilege to feel Valeries nails scratch his bare back, or his scalp, or neck. It was the little things that mattered.
Valerie carefully opened Javons door, him following right behind her. As she entered his room, she jumped on his bed lying down, sprawled out. "Hey, i'm gonna shower real quick m'kay?" He walked to her kissing her forehead head.
"Mhm, hurry up!" Valerie got into a fetal position, and hugged herself. Quickly falling asleep.
Valerie woke up to Javon walking out of the bathroom, hair wet, pajama pants, his chest exposed. "Oh, hello!" Valerie smiled at him.
Javon smiled and walked towards the bed, jumping on Valerie. Valerie laughed, then gladly put her arms around his neck. "Hello." He reached up to kiss her.
Valerie kissed back, smiling into it. After pulling away, Javon stuck his face in the crook of her neck. "Hmm, can u do that thing with your nails?" He said with his eyes closed. "Mhm." She scratched the back of his neck, and he hummed as a 'thank you'.
Valerie woke up to Javon still in the same position. She needed to pee, so she tried her best to move him without waking him up. Luckily, he rolled over and cuddled a pillow.
Valerie quietly went to the bathroom. When she finished her business, she walked downstairs to grab a glass of water. Since it was 6:00 AM on a Saturday, Valerie didn't expect anybody to be up. But Jaden, Jessica, and Daelo were having a conversation in the kitchen.
