"It's called "In a Good Way". Its actually about you." Valerie smiled at Javon, as she leaned back in her chair with her knees to her chest as they sat in the studio. After she told him she recorded a new song. "Oh, me?" He placed a hand on his chest in a dramatic way, pretending to be flattered.

"Whatever... I think we're making an album." Javon looked up at her as she stared at the floor smiling.

"Really? What're you gonna call it?" He smiled at her in pure awe. He thought his girl was the most talented, pure, beautiful person ever. He truly believed he was the luckiest man on earth.

"I think I wanna call it "Silence Between Songs"." Valerie looked at him and smiled in excitement.

" "Silence Between Songs", I like that." He kissed her head in support.

As Javon stood up, he walked over to Valeries big couch. His hood up, a hat under to hide the mess below it.

Valerie had her eyes glued on the screens, as all songs were still in production. She had 12 songs on the album, and was feeling proud.

She looked back to see Javon asleep, his phone was still on, but it rested face down on his chest. Valerie smiled and picked his phone up to put it on his charger he'd left at her house.

He got tired of them switching Valeries, so he bought himself his own to leave here. One for Valerie at his home too.

She walked downstairs to ask the boys about the album. "Hey guys." Valerie greeted with a smile as they all watched the soccer match playing on the screen.

"Hey V." "Hey Val." They gave clear responses, because they knew Valerie never liked when people wouldn't pay attention to her while she tried to have a conversation with them. And honestly, who would?

"I was thinking of dropping the album soon. Like really soon." Vinny paused the tv, their attention now fully on Valerie. "Okay.. like when?" Elijah asked, intrigued.

"Well, theres not much left to do with it, besides an album cover, oh, and we need to settle on a band name. For a while we've just been known as 'KAVVE', but I don't know if you wanna go with that-. What?" Valerie was curious as the boys looked at each other, right when she mentioned a band name.

"I thought you told her?" "No, Vinny said he'd talk to her." Ale and Eli weren't so discreet with their small conversation. "Tell me what?" Valerie asked with confusion.

"We were talking, and we think you should just be a solo artist." Vinny shrugged.

"What do you mean? I thought we collectively agreed that we're gonna be a band." Valerie had only joined this band after Vinny convinced her too. The only reason he managed how to is telling her that him and her 'brothers' will be with her all the time. Valerie only went with it because she believed him. She only had enough confidence to sing when the boys were around.

"We will! We'll be on stage, and we'll still be a band, but we just want you to have your own title." Kaleo reassured.

"Yea, I mean you basically produce most/if not all of our music. We kinda just play for you and produce from time to time." Ale truthfully told.

"Please V, you deserve the spotlight. Just, take it?" Elijah basically pleaded.

"I... I guess?" Valerie hesitated, not really sure how to react to the situation.

Javon was still asleep, except his phone was on the table in the center of the couch, and a blanket covered him. When Valerie went back upstairs, she noticed his phone was on the floor, due to him shifting to lay on his side.

Valerie sat next to him, turning the tv on and resting her feet on the coffee table. The couch cushions were pretty wide, so she was able to sink down, her hand rested on Javons head, playing with his messy hair as Bob's Burgers played in the background.

She stared at him for a little while, before turning to the tv, still scratching his head to sooth him, even in a sleeping state.

Valerie thought she had woken him up. Due to his sudden movement to change positions, but he grabbed on her waist and pulled her close to him. He adjusted himself to lay on top of Valerie, as she scratched his head and watched the show playing.

After about an hour, she got a bit bored, so she turned the tv off and grabbed her phone from the coffee table.

She looked down at her chest, smiling at Javons sleeping state. A loose strand of hair fell on his forehead, so Valerie removed his hood and brushed her hands through his messy, tangled hair.

She felt the need to write another song about him. So she picked her phone back up from its place, on his back. And started writing, thinking she could just figure out the melody later.

She knew a lot of relationships only exist over lust. But Valerie and Javons, they genuinely loved each other. Now, I know what most adults say, "Teenagers don't understand love" or something along those lines. But Javon and Valerie were different. They knew very well what love is, very well. Because they feel it for each other.

She wanted a song to explain those words. Her opening line was,

Depollute me, pretty baby
Suck the rot right out of my bloodstream

She'd noticed, that her genre changed when she gained Javon back. Which wasn't something she complained about. She'd just realized how big of an impact Javon has on her. And she did appreciate every bit of him.
