Izuku was training when he saw Midnight and Mt.Lady walking and talking surprised they were getting along but he was happy since he was close to them and they ask him what he's doing and Izuku says Training and after talking they go to talk to Mei and Izuku comes but there's an Explosion and Izuku prevented himself from breathing in Green smoke but Midnight and Mt.Lady didn't as they Fuse together permenantly this shocks every one and Mei feels bad and cries but Mt.Midnight Tells her its okay they can figure out how to live like this and they do but there's a problem both Midnight and Mt.Lady had a crush on Izuku and Fusing only amplified it and they end up confessing to him and he accepts their confession but realizes she's an Yandere
