"Promise me this is the last time you are travelling so much like this", Sanskar said with a worried face.
Swara smiled, only the grids of train window separating them. She had sat on her seat, the train had not yet started. Sanskar was standing on the platform talking to her. None of his words could convince her to stay back in Kolkata for a day more to take rest.
"I don't want to promise, what if I want to surprise you?" she asked innocently shrinking her eye-brows.
"You can call me, I will come to Mumbai", he said immediately and she giggled. "How will that be a surprise then?" she asked and they both got distracted as they heard a loud horn sound indicating the train would start soon.
"Okay bye you take care", she said quickly and he immediately picked something from his pocket. It was an yellow chrysantheum. "I.. I don't know what this represents, but you always give me flowers. I wanted to give you something, I could only find this", he said and the train started moving.
She immediately got it from him. "When did you even buy it?" she asked and he walked faster to keep talking with her as train moved.
"When you went to washroom. There is a small temple nearby and they were selling these flowers. Happy new year and please don't travel so much and spoil your health again", he said running as the train moved faster.
Tears brimmed her eyes and she nodded to him. "Happy new year", she said and he could no longer keep up with the pace of train. He stopped running and breathed heavily watching the train going.
He blinked his eyes to stop his tears. The weekend was nearing, he would see her soon, he convinced himself.
Swara looked at the flower in her hand as the early morning cold breeze touched her face.
Yellow chrysanthemum represented happiness.
Something she only felt around Sanskar, he unknowingly gave her the flower that was perfect to give her. She smiled a little and looked outside.

Next day
Swara stood under the shower letting the water wash her tiredness away. She felt like she was still moving somewhere, she was having a bad headache.
She changed into her pyjamas after the shower and called Sanskar wiping her hairs. She had already messaged him she reached a while ago. He picked up on the first ring.
"You didn't sleep? I thought you would have slept that's why I didn't call you", she heard his voice and said tossing her towel, "no I felt so tired and stinky so I took a shower".
"Please don't tell me you are going for work", she heard his voice and she knew he was frowning.
She smiled walking to kitchen and taking a vessel out. "I am not going for work, I took a leave. The school is also closed for holidays", she said as she heated herself some milk.
