CH26 ''I once believed love would be burning red, but it's golden.''

Phuwin's pov:

I stir in my sleep, the soft glow of the morning light hitting directly on my face. My eyes flutter open, body aching. I groaned slightly, my head foggy from last night. I tried to sit up, a small moan leaving my lips at the pain on my back, lowering down to my waist to my legs. I winced slightly pulling the sheets over me. I rubbed my back, the soreness still apparent. A hand suddenly grabbed me by my waist, pulling me down making my head touch the pillow again. ''Good sleep sunshine?'' he pulled my body on his, wrapping his arms around my back pulling me deep in his embrace. I snuggled deeper into him, burying my face in his chest while wrapping my arms around him as well. ''My back feels like a truck went over it.'' My voice was muffled in his chest. ''I'm sorry, love. I didn't mean to go so hard on you.'' There was a sense of worry in his smile which made me smile in his chest. ''I loved every bit of it, don't apologize.'' I pat his chest reassuring him. He sniffles my hair before pressing soft kisses on it. ''I love you Phuwin Tangsakyuen. I love every bit of you.'' My heart swells at his sudden confession, my cheeks heating up still not used to the way of him showering me with love. Maybe years from now, when my hair will be coated grey even then I won't be able to not blush at how my name falls from his lips and how he says he loves me. ''I love you too Pond Naravit. I love you today and forever.'' I raised my head, connecting our lips in a soft kiss. A kiss filled with love, no lust or desire only our love. We pull away and smile at each other, his hand gently drawing patterns on my back. ''How do we plan on telling our parents and Joong and Dunk?'' I questioned wrapping my arms around his nape snuggling my face in the crook like a cat, finding comfort in his warmth. ''Anyhow, they'll be over the moon anyways.'' He pulled the sheet over from my naked body causing me to shiver. ''So beautiful, but let's get you dressed then I'll make us breakfast.'' He picks me up in his arms like I weight nothing, tickling my neck by nuzzling his face on it. I burst into a fit of giggles making him laugh as we make our way towards the bathroom. Well, he did bathe me after completely taking away my ability to even stand, so bathing isn't necessary. 

''Here you go love.'' he planted a kiss on my cheek before handing me a plateful of pancakes. Pancakes with a side of Pond Naravit what better way to start a day? My heart fluttered at the thought causing another blush to creep to my cheeks. ''Where's my maple syrup?'' I raised an eyebrow at him to which he only smiled handing me the syrup, but before I could grab it, he pulled it away. ''It's already sweet why do you need the syrup for?'' He teases me while flipping the bottle in his hands. ''I need it to be extra sweet.'' I pout while trying to reach for the syrup bottle. ''Extra sweet huh?'' He says before leaning down and attacking me with kisses. I giggle feeling ticklish with his kisses all over my face. ''Sweet enough?'' He leaves me feeling breathless with a peck on my lips. ''Still need the syrup.'' He smiles before handing me the syrup which earns him a kiss on the cheeks. He sits on the chair facing me before we dig into our foods. ''Don't have work today?'' I ask him while munching on my pancakes. He smiles before responding. ''I've overworked myself a bit too much in your absence, my soul deserves a break in your presence.'' My heart fills with worry knowing he tends to overwork himself when stressed and the eyebags under his eyes were the proof he hadn't slept so well the past few days. ''Yes, please I'd love to spend the day with my boyfriend.'' The word falling out as foreign from my lips causing my stomach to do flips. My boyfriend, my Pond Naravit. ''Keep calling me that and I'll attack you with kisses until you won't be able to breath from laughing.'' He warns me as I sheepishly smile at him, picking up my empty plate and limping towards the sink. ''Sit down I'll wash them for you.'' He pulls the plate away from my hand and picks me up, I gasp clutching on his shoulders before he places me on the chair again. 

Pond's pov:

''Babyyy cuddles please.'' Phuwin asked while spreading his arms asking to be picked up. I smile and walk over to him before picking him like a koala. He clings to me like a koala while I drop us down on the couch. ''Let's tell Joong and Dunk tomorrow, shall we?'' I massage his scalp and watch him in awe as he rests his head on my chest pressing occasional kisses. ''That if I can walk properly by tomorrow.'' He presses a light punch on my chest making me groan. ''That's what you get.'' He presses another kiss on the punched spot melting my heart. My baby, 20-year-old Pond Naravit would've never in his wildest dreams thought that he'll be so head over heels in love with his best friend Phuwin Tangsakyuen. Not just a best friend but a boyfriend, my heart swells at the thought. I can't wait to marry you, Phuwin. ''Why are you smiling like that?'' He looks at me with a disgusted expression throwing me off. Wow now I'm smiling like a 15-year-old at the idea of marrying him. Of cource I'll marry him, I want to spend my grey hair days sitting on the couch with him eating pizzas with a cat and a golden retriver. ''Nothing I love you'' I hug him tighter against my chest pressing kisses on his head. ''I love you so much more.'' He looks up and smiles at me before snuggling on my chest again. You really changed my views on love, my love.
