“What is this?” Saachi’s voice cracked, defiance still burning in her eyes. “Why have you taken me?”

Adhyant's lips curled into a cold, calculating smile, his gaze narrowing as he took a step forward, his boots crunching in the snow.

“You are the murderer of my fiancé, Saachi,” he said, his voice low and menacing. “And I am here to make you pay for what you’ve done.” Saachi’s heart stills.

“What the hell? I don't fucking know you then how can I murder your fiancé?” She asked and looked in his eyes which were red.

“Ohh really Miss.Saachi. Where the hell is she?” He screamed to the top of his lungs while she frightened on her place and looked at him, who literally took out his gun.

“I…I sa…said …that….I..I rea…really…don't k…know your….Fiancé.” She said while the tears started falling from her eyes.

“Then what the hell is this?” He went near her and held her hair in his tight grip and shouted on her face. Then he turned her face to a big white screen where the CCTV footage has started.

Saachi was looking at everything then she remembered the night where she met Isha. She gulped while thinking of her death. Her face became pale when Adhyant noticed it.

“See your face is saying everything but don't worry you will get the punishment but not here you will get what you deserve but in my world. And before that you have to marry me.” Adhyant left her hair harshly while she just came out of the shock heading about her marriage.

Laksh was sitting on his recliner chair and the repetition of Sameer words were revolving in his mind back to back. Unnati entered the room with a plate of food.

“Laksh, have your dinner. Today you have not eaten anything. Saachi went to her friend's house. She messaged me that she will be late today.” Unnati kept the dinner on the coffee table and saw Laksh whose eyes were empty and he was just looking at the lamp in his room.

Unnati went behind him and wrapped her hands around his shoulder and bent to his level and kept her head on his shoulder.

“I am sorry,” She kissed on his cheeks which had a tear which just fell now.

“You know Unnati today I am feeling alone in this world. After amma-baba sent me to Bangalore I got a family of Sameer and Sahi but today I lost them. And I have no one to relate to in this world.” Saying this he cried while hiding his face in her tummy and wrapped his hands around her waist.

“Don’t say this Laksh. I am here and I will always be there with you till the last breath of mine.” She kissed on the crown of his head and roamed her hand in his hair.

They were just so sad but as they have taken the vow to not leave each other's side they were just doing that. Suddenly a loud blast noise echoed in their home and they both looked at each other.

“What just happened?” Laksh asked and looked at Unnati who turned her face and another blast happened in front of her eyes.

A Luxurious Study Room, Late Night

The dimly lit study room was filled with an oppressive silence, only the soft rustling of papers and the faint sound of clock ticks breaking the stillness. Saachi stood near the large mahogany desk, her hands bound with iron-like pressure by Adhyant's grip.

His cold, indifferent eyes locked with hers as he leaned back in the leather chair, exhaling the last puff of smoke from his cigarette before crushing it beneath his shoes with a final, satisfying twist.
