Chapter 5: Hangover

Felix POV

Ah, my head hurts. It feels like my brain is about to crack from the pain. I immediately grabbed my tumbler from the side table to take a drink. As soon as I sat down, memories from last night's party came rushing back, and I still couldn't believe what happened.

"AAAH!" I mentally screamed, my face turning as red as a tomato. I stared at my reflection in the mirror of my cabinet. I don't think I can go downstairs now to eat with him.

Fast Forward

At exactly 8:00 AM, I got ready to go to campus. My second period will start at 9 AM. As soon as I entered the gate, I saw Han and Seungmin sitting at the study table, waving at me.

"My head hurts," I complained to them.

Seungmin gave me a meaningful look, as if he were examining me, trying to figure out if I had done something they didn't know about.

"What?" I asked, nervously.

"Nothing," he replied.

As we made our way to our minor subject, Physical Education, I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear. The reason? I wasn't in the same class as Hwang. Thank you, Lord. We'd probably cross paths in the afternoon, I thought with a grin. Hehe

Fast Forward

In the middle of Mrs. Jung's lecture, someone entered the room without knocking and walked straight to a seat in the front row, knocking on the desk. The audacity! He looked vaguely familiar, but I couldn't see his face clearly because he was wearing a black cap.

Mrs. Jung cleared her throat. "I think you entered the wrong room... Mr. Hwang."

Oh, Hwang. Wait, w-what?!? HWANG?!?

"The engineering building is behind this one.

"You're in the architectural building," Mrs. Jung said.

"What!?" Hyunjin murmured.

He quickly stood up, scanning the room, and suddenly our gazes met. I was shocked because I remembered what happened last night at the party.

"Oops, hangover. Sorry, Mrs. Jung."

He winked at me before heading out.

"Yah, what did that wink from Hwang mean to you?!" Han teased, smirking.

"Shut up! I had a rough night," I replied, plopping down in my seat.

Seungmin raised an eyebrow. "Huh, what do you mean, wink? Hwang?!"

Han gasped. "Hwang literally entered our room by mistake earlier and winked at Felix before heading out."

"What, really!?" I didn't know that—I was reading, dude.

I felt myself blushing. "Guys... let's not talk about that right now."

Han leaned in closer, a mischievous grin on his face. "Oh, come on! You can't leave us hanging like that! Did you talk to Hyunjin last night at the party?"

I told them everything that happened between me and Hyunjin. I almost covered my ears at the volume of their shrieks. I sighed deeply, regretting that I had gone into so much detail. They were definitely not going to let me off the hook.

"W-WHAT?!" They shrieked.

Oh, did I mention that Hyunjin is temporarily staying at our place because he and Lee Know hyung are working on a major project together? I said.

"W-WHAT THE FUCK?!? You—" They both pointed at me.

"Didn't I mention that?" I gave them a sheepish smile.

They almost tackled me over the things I had just revealed.
