Season 1 Episode 21
"M-master, the droids are going to take out the walkers!" Valerie yelled over the commotion inside of an AT-TE Walker. Blaster fire hitting the side of the walker caused almost everyone to stumble over. Including Valerie, she quickly got to her feet, helping the nearest clone up.
"I'm inclined to agree." Master Windu said. On cue, one of the shots took out one of the walkers legs, causing it to tumble over. Master Windu got the top open and he and Valerie jumped out, helping clones escape. "Take cover." Master Windu instructed.
Valerie ignited her lightsaber and started blocking some blaster fire, giving the clones time to jump to the other side, seeking cover. "Master Windu, what do we do?" Valerie asked.
"Stay here." He instructed. Jumping to the front, Master Windu, using his force ability shatterpoint, freed the clone that was stuck. He grabbed the unconscious clone and he met Valerie and the other clones behind the downed walker.
"Master, the droids are going to try and box us in." Valerie told the master. A clone commander, Commander Ponds, was seen running towards the Jedi and they turned as he slowed his pace.
"We're pinned down!" The clone commander told the Jedi, he was clearly out of breath from running.
"Commander, bring out the Lightning Squadron." Master Windu ordered.
Not a moment of hesitation later, the commander pulled his comm out. "I want lightning up here now!"
Valerie could hear the AT-RT's coming towards them. "Get the injured back." Master Windu instructed. "I'm gonna clear the road."
"Master!" Valerie raised her hand.
"Stay here and protect the injured, padawan." Master Windu looked back at her. Valerie nodded and the Jedi Master walked towards the down AT-TE. Valerie ignited her lightsaber again as Master Windu collected power and sent the walker over the ledge. The group was met with blaster fire again and Valerie worked on blocking it while the clones got the injured clones to safety.
"Find some cover! Move it!" Commander Ponds yelled. "Let's go!"
The AT-RT's caught up with the front of the group. One of the clones saluted him. "He's all your, general." He got off and Master Windu climbed on.
Valerie walked up to another AT-RT. "Mind if I climb on back?" Valerie asked.
"Not at all, commander." The clone held his hand out for her which Valerie graciously took. He pulled her up and she settled behind him. It was a tight fit but they made it work. "Glad you'll be watching my back."
"We'll lead the way, commander." Master Windu looked at Commander Ponds.
The AT-RT's took off running she could hear Commander Ponds yelling "forward!"
The AT-RT's turned the corner and were heading towards the droid tanks. The droids seemed to have taken notice as they started redirecting their cannons towards them. Valerie could feel the heat from the blast and pulled her lightsaber from her waistband.
"Keep her steady!" Valerie yelled over the commotion. She stood up, carefully balancing herself on the back of the AT-RT and started blocking the blaster fire. Master Windu took out the main operations center while the clone Valerie was with threw a grenade, taking out one of the tanks. The other clones taking out the final tank.
Commander Ponds caught up with the group on another AT-RT, the AT-TE walkers not far behind him. Valerie climbed off the back and turned to the clone.
"That was fun." Valerie smiled. "We make a good team uh-"
