so i'm aware i am VERY late to this game, but i recently started playing stardewvalley and i'm loving it so far!
it is one of those games with bachelors and bachelorettes, and in other cosy farming games i've played where that feature has existed (harvest moon: a new beginning, story of seasons: pioneers of olive town, and story of seasons: a wonderful life) i have always made my mind up very quickly on who would end up as the marriage candidate — in ANB it was neil, in PoOT it was jack, and in AWL it was gordy.
stardew valley seems to be no different this time, because the moment i clapped eyes on harvey and spoke to him a couple times, i was like "YES! YOU!" (he doesn't seem to be a very popular choice?? but idk, most of the other bachelors seem too boyish to me, harvey is above and beyond my favourite so far)

what i came here to say is that since seeing harvey in pixels, the very first image that came to my mind was...

... none other than mike wozniak. so now as i play and interact with harvey, i can't stop mumbling adapted versions of wozniak quotes to myself from when he was on taskmaster. for example, me gifting harvey coffee once a day:
"tick tock harvey, it's coffee o'clock"
"coffee time is the right time"
and it could also fit the rest of the game if i'm honest:
[taking requests from pierre's notice board] "when you get a task, you 👏 do 👏 the 👏 task!!!"
[running from the slimes in the mines] "get to a safe place!"
there are probably many more quotes i could add, but i'll be honest, the comparison that my brain made definitely pushed me further towards harvey 👀😂
P.S. i'm curious, if anyone reading this also plays the game, what farm type do you have? i chose the forest farm and really like it, i don't tend to get really deep into growing crops so having too much space seemed overwhelming.
