the bridgerton stuff is mainly to do with the queen charlotte timeline and how it impacts the show. like... surely violet should have been a baby when the QC timeline was happening? and what do you mean the present-day scenes are in 1817, yet they mention kate and anthony on honeymoon and violet discovers [SPOILER]... only to have them discuss [SPOILER] in season three, which is set in 1815? luckily this doesn't really impact winifred and benedict in the slightest, it's just my own personal nit-picking.
but for djats, my main headache is trying to figure out the chain of events until what happens at the end of episode 2. the show even states certain dates, and i thought i had that figured out, but then another detail cropped up on a re-watch and i'm confused all over again. wish the timeline didn't have to be this important but solstice play a big part in this section so it's quite crucial. (being very vague here in case someone who hasn't watched the show gets spoiled and gets annoyed, understandably)
please tell me i'm not the only one who wants to be a perfectionist about these things...
all i can say is i hope no one's paying too much attention if i botch the timelines 😭
