due to her loud voice dd and notti emerged from the stairs, both of them showing a look of confusion.
before anyone of them could speak their was a knock at the front door and lili walked over with a heavy sigh swinging it open.
there stood a police officer, a small smile laying on his lips.
"good afternoon, is this the reyes residence?" the officer questioned, his hands resting on his vest.
"yeah, whatchu need?" dd calmly said, moving lili out the way and standing in front of the cop.
"we came to speak to ms. reyes about the arrest of justin reyes, her son?" the cop cleared his throat.
"that bitch ass nigga got arrested?" lili narrowed her eyes, popping her him and crossing her arms.
dds face fell as he glanced behind him, "she's not home right now"
"are anyone of you older than the age of 18? she can't leave kids alone," he said, his eyes wandering around the living room.
both dd and lili rose their hands, "we're both 18"
the cop scoffed and softly laughed, "yeah right, what about jack and the bean stock back there" he pointed to ddot who stood with his arm around star.
