It had been a day since the dragons were released, and they filled the sky, hardly any light passed their wings. Casting a long like night over the relm.

The king had replies from the north stating they would start their search from where they were leading to the keep.

The keep was in an uproar as the others readied themselves to start heading out, leaving the king and his children along with Rhaenyra and her children. While Daemon was shouting orders and plans to his gold cloaks, who were eager to head out and find who took their Princess.

It wasn't until later in the day that all of them were ready to leave lining up up outside the walls. Rhaenyra approached Daemon speaking high valyrian so no one could understand them.

"Bring our daughter home. Do anything to get her back."

"I will."

Rhaenyra kissed his cheek and walked back to her father and the rest of the family. Watching everyone leave as well as the dragons as it seemed they knew what to do.

After a few moments pass, they hear another roar as Vhagar jumps into the air, taking off as well.

As they watched her leave, Helena started to mutter out loud.

"I am taken by force, against my will,
My spirit is broken, my body still.
Though I return, I am forever changed,
A hollow shell, my essence estranged."

Rhaenyra's and the King's head snapped towards her as she looked blankly ahead. Before she looked to them, looking confused as to why they were staring.

"Did it happen again?" She asked quietly, looking down.

"What do you mean by what you said. I am taken by force, against my will,
My spirit is broken, my body still.
Though I return, I am forever changed,
A hollow shell, my essence estranged." Rhaenyra asked in urgency.

"I don't know, they just come to me, and I can't stop it from coming out." Helena said sadly.

"We will figure it out." The king said as they headed back inside the keep.

~Daenys' cell~

Daenys was hanging from chains that were bolted to the ceiling. Men enter the cell, and one holds a box of what looked like tools. Daenys just chuckled the best she could with the muzzle holding her mouth closed.

"You won't be laughing long." One of the men spat.

Daenys, not understanding, laughed more. The men grew angry with her calling another man who was dressed in black leather from head to toe, only showing his eyes. He pulled a whip from the box as he walked to the young princess.

Standing behind her, he pulled his arm back before bringing the whip down on her wings and back. Daenys held in her screams so as not to give them what they wanted. Causing the man to keep whipping her until his arm was sore from the constant repeat whippings.

Daenys is still trying to stand tall and not scream as she feels her blood run down her back and her wings battered.

"Still no screaming or crying?" One tutted. "Stronger than you, apear I will give you that."

"What to do? What to do?" A man said from the back.

"Oo, how about we remove one thing that connects her to being human? Make her more beast than man." Another spoke up proudly.

"What do you have in mind?" The man before asked.

"We take the purple eye and send it to the queen as payment for her sons eye." He laughed like a mad man.

"That sounds like a good idea. She will thank us for sure."

"I want to do it."

"Sure, it was your idea, after all." He laughed, passing a dagger that looked like it could be sharpened.

The man took the knife walking slowly to her. Rising it slowly taunting her. She perked forward, making him jump back, laughing at his fear of her.

"You ugly abomination." He spat lunging forward dagger held high.

~Daemon's group~

They had been riding for a few hours, and the sun was setting. He knew they wouldn't find anything during the darkness, so he ordered them to make camp.

Sat in the darkness of his tent, Lord Blackwood asked to enter, once given permission he entered.

"It is a stupid question, and I know, but how are you holding up?"

Daemon sighed, looking up, meeting his gaze.

"Shit." He said, looking back at nothing. "I should have known something would happen if she went with us."

"Sometimes we can't always protect our children. Sometimes, they get hurt some more than others. But she will not blame you. She couldn't. She loves you too much to do so. You were there for her these past years, and if I remember correctly, a bond with a dragon is strong, and a bond with a wounded one you help back to health is stronger. You helped her when she was wounded badly and raised her to be strong, and she is part dragon more than most in your family, so her bond with you is like no other. She will be wounded again she will be in need of your help, and you will be there to help her again, and your bond will grow stronger. But she will never be the same as she was when she left. With that, I shall leave you for the night. Goodnight, Prince Daemon."

As the Lord left for Daemon to think over what he said. Roars of anger and pain could be heard from the dragons. Daemon ran outside, being greeted by Caraxes, who was roaring along with the other dragons that started to fly in the same direction. Silverwing landed not far, followed by the other two towering over her he knew what they wanted. He called for the gold cloaks and the Blackwood's.

"It appears they know where she is, and they are here to take us there. So you will ride them to where Princess Daenys is. So just hold on and don't let go." He started taking the people to the dragons. Only for cannibal to walk past them up to the Blackwood's who froze in place hearing the story's of how he would kill his prey and took down his own kind.

"Don't make any sudden movements." Lord Blackwood said in a whisper.

Cannibal as if understanding, started to smirk his dragon smirk. Before he dropped down, he dropped down, extending his wing to the Blackwood's men, turning his head away.

"Looks like we got a ride." Benjicot said with a smirk.

"Oh, gods be good. The last thing we need is his ego stroking." His father whispered, earning chuckles from his men. "Well, let's get on. I don't think he would like us making him wait."

And with that, the group took to the sky holding on for dear like heading to where the Princess was.
