They made it to the Kingswood, the king and Queen, with their children. Rhaenyra and Daemon with their children except one as she flew over the carriage. The lords and ladies had already arrived as the Royal family set off after them but were delayed because Daenys and her dragon friends were being stubborn, not wanting to be parted any longer.

But after a lot of begging and bribes, they managed to get her to part with her friends for just a little longer. She was now going to join in the hunt from the skies and her friends who were given extra food and some shiny rock. (From aemond)

Once they arrive, they get out to greet the people while Daenys tries to dodge people to get away. The rest of the day was spent talking and drinking and eating.

Daenys had tripped a few Lords and their sons over when they annoyed her of pushed then into another lord, causing a small fight to break out. This caused entertainment to the royal family and the Blackwood family and the lannister's until she knocked the lord of the family after he wouldn't leave her alone, but his twin found it amusing if his smirk was anything to go by.

~time skip~

It was the morning of the hunt, and a few of the royal family were going on the hunt. The king and Daemon upfront, Aemond slightly behind him with his brother Aegon just behind the king, while Daenys stood next to her father, ready to take flight armed with her bow and arrows along with her sword and dagger on her belt.

"Let's make a bet." Daemon hummed in high valyrian.

Daenys' head snapped up to her father, a smirk forming on her lips as she chirps and clicks, while her tail slightly moves.

"Let's see who gets the biggest kill."

Daenys raised an eyebrow at him, wanting to know what he wanted. Daemon chuckled.

"If I win, you answer whatever questions  I have." He said with a smirk.

Daenys thought about it for a moment, not seeing any harm in answering questions he would have so agreed.

"Alright then." He smirked. "Let's go."

And with that, Daenys took to the sky as they all took off on their horses.

Daemon thought he had the upper hand as they entered the woods, so she couldn't see. But she had a trick up her sleeve.

She glided to the top of a tree and made her way down slowly, trying jot to make a noise. She jumped or glided to the next tree with difficulty as she couldn't extend her wings properly.

She had managed to stay noticed by Daemon and the little group that followed him. (Blackwood father and son)

Soon, they had come across a small heerd of deer and some doe's. Daemon aimed for the large one, but it started to run away. The others in the group had killed a deer each, and Daemon went after it, and so it Daenys.

Daenys had managed to catch it before Daemon could get to it and snapped its neck with a smirk on her face as her father scowled, and she giggled.

"That was my deer." He said in high valyrian like a pouting child. Causing her to laugh more.

"Better look next time, old man." She said, still laughing.

"What did you just call me?" He asked, looking offended. "I am not old! I'm just well aged, like... wine." This caused her to fall off her deer, laughing harder.

"Whatever helps you sleep at night, father."  She said as she grabbed the deer before realising she didn't know how to get it back to the camp. Making Daemon laugh.

"You may think me old, but at least I thought ahead." He said as he tapped his horse. Just then, the Blackwood men came up behind Daemon, and a smirk made its way onto her face, making Daemon glare at her a little as she skipped over to Benjicot Blackwood.

"Nice catch, princess." He said with his signature smirk.

She looked at him, cursing not being able to understand properly and knows she would make a fool of herself, but she wasn't going to let Daemon win. Lord Blackwood seemed to understand the situation and smirked as he tried to his laugh.

"Can... him..." She said as she pointed at him. "No, you... erm take... back?" She managed to say, tilting her head, trying her best to do baby dragon eyes at him.

And it worked as he melted at the look she gave him as he blushed before looking away, clearing his throat. His father couldn't hold it anymore and burst into a fit of laughter at his sons face.

He growled at his father and then looked back at the Princess.

"Of course." He said before his cocky nature kicked in, and he smirked. "What do I get in return for taking you deer back?"

Daemon translated it, and when he did, she flapped her wings lightly not to spook the horses and pecked his cheek. Making him as red as tomato.

Everyone around laughed as well as Daemon.

"Ok, that will do."

And with that, they headed back after Daemon found his kill, which ended with being the same size as Daenys.

"We will meet you back at camp." Daemon told his daughter as they started to head back. Daenys took to the sky, heading towards the camp before spotting something shiny near a cliff edge. And made the decision to go check it out.

Everyone but Daenys had come back the hunt or so they thought. They just thought she wanted to stretch her wings and see her friends. But after sending a messager to tell Daenys to come back. He left and returned early hours in the morning.

"Where is my daughter?" Rhaenyra asked, looking around.

"It appears that..." The man started only to be cut off by Prince Daemon as he was losing his patients.

"Spit it out then!" He snapped.

"It appears that she..."
