Happy Birthday Louis!

Pov : Lily

"Hmm hmm hmm...." I was humming to the song which was playing on the speaker as I was watering the plants in our balcony garden.

"Oh wait" and I suddenly remembered it's Louise's birthday next month.
I gotta plan it for him , it's gonna be his first birthday as my husband.

It's been 10 months since we've been married.
And last week , Hailey gave birth to a baby boy. I'm so happy for her , but I couldn't meet her yet.

"Mrs Amber, your parcel has arrived." The maid told me and kept the box on the table and left.

I headed to the table , opened the box ,
"Oh I totally forgot about it."

I took the parcel and kept it in my cupboard.

I haven't been feeling very well for 2 days.
I have a light headache , although I took medicine for it but , it didn't work for more than 5 hours.

I looked at the wall clock , it's almost the time for Louis to come back home now.
I went downstairs towards kitchen , and made myself a bowl of soup and hamburgers for Louis.

I was cooking when a hand landed on my waist and pulled me , I knew who it was , I smiled and turned towards him smiling.

"Hey babe, did your day went well?" I asked him planting a kiss on his lips.

"Yeah , a bit stressful but now it's all good after tasting your lips." His words made me laugh

"I'm not joking , this is my favorite part of the day , coming back home and tasting your different lipglosses." He said laughing lightly

"Okay then" and I wrapped my hand around his neck and kissed him once again.

"Uhm , I guess I came at the wrong time." A voice startled both of us , we looked at the way where the voice came from.
That was Louise's father.

"Uh , Louis , your food , here-"  I said rubbish because of nervousness.

"Oh Lily , don't worry your father in law used to do the same thing when we were newly married , right honey." Mom said laughing at dad.

"Uh , Louis , go and get changed. I'll serve the dinner." I said

Mom and dad weren't eating with us today. They had to attend a party which is out of the town , means me and Louis are gonna be alone in the house today.

After mom and dad left , me and Louis came back to dinning hall , and started eating our food.

"Why are you having soup ? Aren't you gonna eat anything else?" Louis asked

"No , I don't feel so good , I kinda have a light headache."

"The headache isn't gone yet?"

"No.."

"Did you took medicine?"

"Yeah Louis , I did but still.."

"We should go to doctor sweetie." Louis said making me laugh so hard.

"Louis , I AM A DOCTOR." I said laughing at him

"Oh , you are?!" He said with a shocked face making me laugh harder.

This man makes me feel better , till now I had a headache but now , it's all gone because of him.

We were done having our dinner , and we were now in our bedroom , Louis was on a call and I was reading a book.

I went to washroom because I had to pee , and suddenly I felt dizzy and everything blacked out.
