Hiya sorry I haven't posted recently I haven't really been inspired much lately but now I am on my summer holidays I will be able to post more xx
Connie was down at the ED and walked out of the lift when she saw charlie come running up to her.
'What going on connie how grace?'
'She's fine her CT scan was clear but we still can't think why she started fitting. She going to be on Keller for a couple of days now but she has cal to comfort her'
'Ok well you are not working tomorrow so are you going to spend the night upstairs?'
'Well I was going to yeah! And how was today without me?'
'it was ok zoe and Dylan were both in charge and had some disagreements on quite a few accounts.'
'Oh for gods sakes zoe'
'But it's fine they have now both gone home to there lovers'
'Wait what I know about zoe and max but does Dylan have a girlfriend? '
'No don't be ridiculous. No I ment dervla'
'Oh ok that's good' anyway I will come down tomorrow and give you a update ok?'
'Ok see you later'
Connie walked back I the lift and up to Keller to go and sit next to her little girl.
When she sat down grace stirred a little but didn't wake so she decided to talk to cal.
'So what's the gossip down at the E.D'
'The usual, I mean Dylan and zoe were in charge together to day so they had agreements apparently and charlie made me think that Dylan had a girl but he ment dervla.'
This made both of them giggle a little. 'But otherwise everything is fine'
'Good I am glad to here it'
'No your not you just want to know what you are missing down there'
'How do you know me so well?'
Connie got up and out of her seat, sat down on cals bed and kissed him. She pulled away and said 'because I am your girlfriend I know your every move'
Both there lips clashed together. They spent there night kissing and just generally talking. Before they knew it cal was asleep on his bed and connie was curled up in the chair beside both the people she loved.
Connie woke by someone shaking her shoulders gentle,
'Mum? Mum?'
'Mmmm'
'Wake up'
'What is it gracie' Said connie half asleep.
'I need the loo but I don't know where essie is to ask her'
By this time connie was sat up right in her chair and rubbing the sleep away from her eyes.
'Ok I will take you come on'
While grace was finishing up, connie lend on the sink and said,
'Grace sweetheart do you know what the time is i didn't bring my phone with me?'
'Because your phone was on my beside table I just looked at the lock screen and 10 minutes ago and it said 11:30.'
Grace flushed the lo and came out of the cubicle to wash her hands.
On the way back to where she was in Keller grace said to her mum,
'Mum I'm kinda scared'
'What are you scared of hun I mean it cant be hospitals'
'No no its just I'm scared of what's happening to me'
Connie got grace on the bed and she decided to lay down with her so she could keep her daughter company.
'Look we will fine out what's going on I promise'
'Ok'
The both girls just laid there and talk and talk for 2 hours.
'I can't look round the curtain honey can you see if cals awake yet?'
'Yeah he is'
'She we go and talk to him'
'Yeah ok'
Connie sat down in the chair beside cal with grace on her lap.
'You alright you 2'
'We're alright what about you' Said the two girls in unison and fell into fits of laughter.
'Ok then that was scary' Said cal laughing with them.
Connie had the day off so she decided she was going to spend the whole day with the people she loved and cared for.
