Sonia Prime (Genderbend Insert)

S2 E1: Avoid The Void (part 2)

Sonia has a glowing aura around her as she tries to warp, which flickers. As she takes off at the top of the mountain...

Sonia: "Rrrah!"

...She loses momentum. She looks at her shoes.

Shadow: "*Off-screen* When you get going fast, you kick up Prism energy and it thins the veil to the Void. It's like it's opening a portal through the Gateway."

Sonia spins back down to the mountain and peels out to gain momentum, with a multicolored aura behind her. She jumps off the wall to retain her speed. Just before she hits the ground, she disappears in a white ball of light. Sonia warps out of the yellow portal at high speed and tackles Shadow, pushing him against the rock, which is piled onto by other rocks. The rocks then fall away from the two hedgehogs. The camera zooms in on both of them. Shadow looks up and sees Sonia's form has glitches a bit into a different one.

Sonia: "*distorted* Give me back my tech you lying piece of- Aah!"

Shadow punches Sonia and breaks free of her grasp. They both crash land onto a long flat rock. They continue to battle each other with punches and spin attacks. Shadow then glides away in retreat, but is stopped by a rock. Rocks crash around Sonia and Shadow. the latter looks up to see more rocks coming down, then spin dashes away, while Sonia chases him likewise. They jump off at the end of the rock. Shadow lands onto one end of a long rock and spins it at the right time causing Sonia to land on the opposite end, then jumps off, followed by Sonia.

Shadow: "Come at me-"

Sonia knees Shadow in the stomach. They return to the red gateway, which explodes and causes another shockwave.

Sonia: "*distorted* Huh?"

An annoyed Shadow knocks Sonia away. The Chaos Council's Mothership arrives into the void. Mr. Dr. Eggman, inside the cockpit, smiles proudly. Shadow flies ahead.

Sonic: "*distorted* The Chaos Council?"

She notices the Mothership heading towards the Green Portal.

Sonia: "*distorted* Oh, no. *normal* They're headed to the Boscage!"

She stops glitching and spin dashes, catching up to Shadow as they go after the Mothership. It makes it through the green gateway and disappears. Shadow tries to warp into this gateway, but struggles and groans, pushing against it to try and break through while Sonia catches up. Unfortunately for him, the gateway blasts Shadow back, causing him to become incapacitated, with silhouettes of various colors of light shown in a pattern.

Sonia: "Shadow!"

Noticing Shadow's in trouble, Sonia spins towards him. Shadow crashes into a rock unconscious, with other rocks falling and crashing around him. Sonia maneuvers from rock to rock, but the rock that Shadow is on blows apart.

Sonia: "*Despairing* No! No, no, no, no! *After landing safely on a rock* Shadow! Shadow! Where are you?!"

With other rocks spinning and flying everywhere Sonia looks around frantically. She suddenly glitches out again as her body feels pain before she falls on her knees and hands. Sonia looks up as the camera cuts to and zooms in on Shadow, falling unconsciously towards darkness. Sonia spins after him, then lunges and puts her arms forward. She grabs hold of Shadow, and lands onto a rock. She carries Shadow up, away from the Darkness, but soon they crash into a rock, crash landing onto another flat rock. Sonia's body stops glitching once more as they both get up; Shadow feeling his head in pain.

Sonia: "Wooo! That... that was painful!"

Shadow groans while he's in pain. Sonia quickly runs towards Shadow, giving him a hug.
