S2 E7: Cracking Down (part 2)

Tails Nine screams as they fall through the branches, while the Eggforcers hit them and break. The gang continues screaming by the time the ship crash land on a root.

Tails Nine: "That was..."

Sonia: "Fun, right?"

The makeshift spaceship comes to a halt.

Knuckles: "You'd get used to it once in a while, other fox."

Sonia: "Yeah. Once we put the prism back together, things will be nonstop awesome all the time in Green Hill."

Tails starts moving the ship again.

Tails Nine: "Green Hill?"

Amy: "You're saying you found a way back home?"

Sonia: "Kinda, but, you'll see once we get there."

The Chaos Council's aircraft arrive through the portal and deploy another swarm of Eggforcers.

Sonia: "*To the viewers* Chaos Council's not playing around."

Tails Nine: "They won't stop coming until they have the Shards. We need to get to the Void. Now."

Tails: "Agreed. I just need a clear path."

The Eggforcers fire weapons at Sonia's team. Soon, the team encounter the Boscage Maze group. In slow motion, Mangey Tails, Tails and Tails Nine, see each other in surprise. Knuckles and Rouge stare at their own counterparts in shock too. Sonia sees buildings being planted around the area.

Sonia: "This deforestation and commercial construction is really starting to tick me off."

Thorn Rose: "*Comes in from the opposite direction with Birdie and attacks the Eggforcers.* You're not the only one... and your friends looks a lot like the scavengers."

Hunter Shadow: "And those foxes look a lot like Mangey."

Tails Nine: "Who's that?"

Tails stops the ship as Thorn and Hunter meets up with the group.

Sonia: "Thorn Rose, meet the gang and Tails Nine."

Tails Nine: "It's just Nine."

Thorn Rose: "*sees Willow* Willow, is that... is that you?"

Willow: "Thorn, it's good to see *Thorn hugs her* you?!"

Thorn Rose: "You're back, I'm glad you've come back to our jungle. *Bridie caws in agreement*"

Willow: "*hugs Thorn back* Me too!"

Amy watches in surprise, also happy to see that their counterparts are friends too.

Hunter Shadow: "If you're done with the reunion, *turns to Sonia* What have you done now?"

Sonia: "Not me. Them!"

She points behind herself to the Chaos Council's aircraft.

Thorn Rose: "I won't let them do more damage to mine and Willow's home."

The jungle starts rumbling.

Knuckles: "An earthquake! Now? Can't Mother Nature see that we're trying to save reality? *The rumbling stops*"

Tails Nine: "That was no earthquake. Look!"

The Shard case had been broken into. The others flinches in horror.

Lapis: "That can't be a good sign."

Tails Nine: *Tries fixing the case with lasers* Their powers are intensifying because of the close proximity.
