Chapter 10

Two young men, newly separated from their embrace, were panting heavily, their bodies drenched in sweat. Their lower halves, once pressed together, now separated, collapsing onto the bed. The smaller man leaned into the other's sturdy chest, lightly kissing the top of his chest provocatively, reveling in the glow of their newfound love affair.

"I have all the information regarding the auction for the private island resort sorted out. I'll make sure everything is sent to you by tomorrow at the latest. Some details are still confidential, but I'll let you know as soon as I have them." The smaller man said, stroking the chest he was leaning on. The conversation turned to a proposed ultra-luxurious casino resort on a private island in the territorial waters of a neighboring country. One of the owners was a powerful figure in the country, a land magnate of the nobility, and the neighboring country's government had joined forces to establish this business in the grey area. The project was worth tens of billions, and many companies were eager to secure the contract.

"Well, I've already talked about a joint venture with a company. They're willing to give us a ten percent share of the project's value. Now we can finally talk about our future."

"I won't let you down. You can count on me. If I make a promise, I won't let you down."

"I'm putting my hopes on you. I can't wait to see you fall. I want to see if you can still act as calm and powerful when you've lost everything. When that day comes, I'll make sure you're crushed under your feet, just like you did to me."

"But for now, his assistant is still around. He seems quiet and doesn't talk much, but he's very intelligent and fiercely loyal, protecting all interests. He makes it difficult to do anything, everything becomes a challenge." He says.

The smaller man sighed as he complained.

"In a few days things will get easier for you. But for now, notice that you 're not the only one who can do it."

Just two days without seeing you, and I'm almost going crazy." The taller man whispered, giving his a big kiss on the cheek and hugging him closer.

"Don't talk to me sweetly. I don't want to be fooled again. You 've said this so many times, but you're always looking for arguments with this person or that one. Don't let me find out that you're cheating on me again. I won't be so lenient this time. I'll take care of you so much, just like your lover." The firm voice carried a threat that shouldn't be taken lightly.

"There, there, darling. Don't get angry. I just love you, and no one compares to you. Don't worry about such nonsense. I've got got you you right here, see? Don't worry. Look at brow furrowed, all, wrinkled and your cheeks puffed out and your mouth, oh, you look weird when you're angry."
