Chapter 15

Shailene pov- I wake up in a bed.As I start to glance around I notice its the master bedroom. I hear a familiar voice "Shailene?" Its josh. What is he doing in my house?. "Here drink this." He hands me a cup of something. "Herbal tea." He replies. I set the cup down on the table by my bedside. "What happened?" I ask. "Um, let's see you dressed in your wedding clothes and was twirling around in sprinklers then you decided to go dive in a pool and then you blacked out, but when I brought you up here you thought I was Theo and you were apologizing for some argument you had earlier." That's when it all comes back to me. "Oh." I say. "Listen, I cleaned up the mess of shattered plates and fixed your picture frames.I look down and notice I'm wearing a tank top and yoga pants."you changed me too?" "Yeah." He says blushing. "Listen I have to go, but if need anything shailene call me." "Okay" Josh is about to leave when I call him back. "Hey Josh?" He comes back over to me. "Yes Shailene?" "Did Theo return.?" "No, obviously not he wouldn't let me up here near you." "Okay, Bye Josh and thank you." "Bye Shailene, and no problem." Once I hear the front door open and close that's when it hits me. He doesn't love me anymore. I walk to the nearest liquor store I didn't want to drive I am too distraught. Its when I walk home when I run into the last person I want to see when I'm depressed."Its sad that you would give up something so close to your heart." Its Ruth. "What in the hell do you want.?" "Well who crapped in your cheerios?" She asks innocently while picking at one of her cuticles. "Don't you start Ruth I'm not in the mood!" "Yeah, Well you will be in the mood when you see this." And with that she flashes her left hand on her ring finger she has a ring on it,it looks like the one Theo gave me on our wedding day. "Oh really you are so childish Ruth you get a ring that looks exactly like mine to make me think he is with you." "Oh honey you are a dummy if you can't put two and two together." She says batting her eyelashes." You are really asking for it." I reply back. "Sure about that I can take you." She says. She removes her hoops from her ears and takes off her heels. "What's going on?" Says a familiar voice. ( I am going to make up a body guard that Ruth has. I don't know if she has one in real life I don't care if she does but in my fan fiction she will)

Its big smo, Ruth's body guard. He walks up to us. "Shailene,long time no see." He says flashing his gold fake teeth. Tonight he wears all black. He wears gold all the time. "I don't appreciate you bothering Ruth." He says. He crosses his arms his gold rings that he wears flashes in the street light he wears a gold long chain necklace around his neck. He pulls of his sunglasses and glares me down "Where is your Brit boy.?" He asks me. "Why don't you stop worrying where he is and go on with yourself." I tell him. "You are one crazy -" "Just stop big Smo she is not worth our while." Ruth says pulling his arm. I notice that Ruth's car parked down the road someone is in there.I wait till I see Ruth and Big Smo walk down the road a little She said they were going to go blow off some steam. I run down to her car.Theo is inside passed out the doors are locked the Windows are rolled up. I bang my hand against the glass. "Theo!" He won't respond. After doing this a few times. I finally decide to do the unthinkable. I ball my fist up. I will feel this tommarow but, he is worth the pain. I arch my fist back and push forward right through the window its a tiny hole not enough to get in and unlock it. I do this process once more this time the glass shatters. I find the key pad and switch the key to unlock. I open the door. I get in luckily there are keys in it. I crank it up and drive away.
