Shailene pov- when I wake up I find big smo Standing Over me holding out a tray."Good Morning sunshine." He says Handing me the tray. "Or should I say Afternoon." He says Chuckling to himself. "How is that funny.?" I ask him. "How did Theo Put up with you for all these years?" Big smo says. I set my fork down and stare at him. "Because he loves me." I reply. "You mean loved you Shailene." Big smo says. "No I mean loves." I say back to him. He gets up laughing and shaking his head. He looks over at me right when he I about to open the door. "And I thought Ruth was bad. Well you are just as bad if not worse." He says then closes the door. That's when my eyes feel drowsy and I fall asleep.

Shailene POV - I wake up later in the day to find nobody in the room. But not even a minute later that I had woke up Big smo enters the room again. "Hello Sleeping beauty how was your sweet dreams.?" "They were good until you walked in and then they became a nightmare."
"You know big smo you should let me go." "What?" "I said let me go and I might reward you." "What kind of reward?" I bite my lip and start blushing. "I was thinking maybe we could -" I say. "Ooh I like this side of you Shailene you have convinced me to let you go." He cuts the ties that tie me to the bed post. I stand up and brush my pants of. Big smo Starts kissing my neck. Soon as we lay back down on the bed I pick up the lamp on the side table and hit it against his head. He finally rolls off of me passed out. I get up and run down the stairs. I turn the corner to find something go into my stomach a knife I look up to see Ruth smiling. She pulls the knife out of me and pushes me against the wall." Going so soon?" She asks. "Yeah, I'm going home." "Over my dead body!" She yells. Holding the knife against my throat."Since you took Theo away I'm taking your life away." I find the strength to push her off of me. She stumbles back a little just enough for me to get to the door. Next thing I know I end up on a bench crying my eyes out from all this stress. Everybody thinks I'm dead. Theo is having to raise the kids all by himself. I can't hold the tears back anymore. I let them take over. After a few minutes of crying. I hear a voice."Shai?" "Yes?" "Shai, is that really you.?" I am hearing things the last time I saw theo he was in a comma. I look up to find a pair of brown eyes staring at me. "Theo!" I say with tears in my eyes. I jump up and wrap my arms around him. He pulls me into a hug. He has tears falling down his face. I place my hand against his face. "You're real" "yeah of course I'm real." He says smiling back. He picks me up bridal style to our car and that is the last I remember. I wake up in a room unfamiliar. "No!No! Please!" I shirek. Theo runs over to me. "Shhh, hey its okay, You're with me. I told Marcy that you and I would be staying in a hotel room tonight and she said that was fine that she would take the kids for the night." "How does she know I was alive?" "Well on the way here before you passed out you gave me summary of what happened so I called Marcy and explained everything." "Oh." I say. "So do you think you can get a shower.?" Theo asks. "Yeah." He helps me to get to the bathroom and then shuts the bathroom door to give me alone time. When I come out I find clothes layed out for me. Once I change I lay in the bed till Theo returns with pizza. After we eat I look over at him. "Why do you love me Theo I put you in so much danger and you still love me." He looks over me and takes my face into his hands. "When you walk into a room shai you have this positive vibe that you bring and I love it. Your smile is so bright it can light up a end of a dark tunnel, and those eyes well don't let me get started on them, but its not just that, you see shai you seen the true me, but still accepted me for who I was and not what something that I wasn't most girls and women can't do that.When I thought I lost you I couldn't live with myself because every morning I got up asking myself the same question over and over again why didn't I try to stop you? Instead for the terrible husband I am I walked out I let my emotions get the best of me. I am sorry shai, I know I don't deserve you I wake up every morning asking myself how did I end up with someone good as you. Your the best wife any man could have I hope you forgive me Because I want to spend the rest of My life with you if I could I would spend My eternity with you but we don't live forever."
