Chapter 21

Shailene POV- I walk into the house to the smell of food. My mouth automatically starts to water I haven't Eaten all day. "Shailene" Haley says coming into the foyer. "Yes?" "I got everything taken care of including the kids." Cleo whole body wrapped around my waist her arms are snaked around my neck and her head is on my shoulder she is passed out asleep.I guess a lot of stress can take energy away. I nudge Cleo awake. "Sweetie time to eat dinner." She opens her eyes those eyes never seem to phase me any different way. She looks just like her daddy through and through. I sit her in a chair in the kitchen. I set her plate in front of her to eat. I turn around to my phone vibrating its Jane. I turn back around to see Cleo face forward in her plate asleep. I walk over to her and carry her upstairs I clean her up and change her into her nightclothes. I kiss her goodnight when I look into her sleeping face I see him tears come to me. I put a hand over my mouth so I don't wake her. I walk out of her room soon as I close the door I slide down it and tears come faster.I hope he wakes up soon.

Hey guys what's up, I'm babysitting right now. I just put the two little ones to bed and thought this would be a damn good oppurtunity to update. So tonight Before I updated. The two little girls asked me to tell them a bedtime story so I did. I couldn't come up with one on the top of my head so I told them a summary of divergent. But these kids are like 3 and 6 so I had to leave some parts out and I told a white lie when it came to the ending I said Tris and four lived happily ever after and had many children and got married and died old together sadly that didn't happen I wish it did. And the part about Cleo falling asleep in her plate of food. Well that happened to me when I was little I was so tired I was about 8 years old and I was so exaughted all I wanted to do was sleep. So let's just say I fell asleep in my dinner plate. My parents had to clean my face off it was covered in beef tips and yellow rice. As always...
