The Avengers have split up to cover more ground in stopping Ultron. Steve, Clint, Nat, and Madelyn have landed in Seoul, looking for the Regeneration Cradle to stop Ultron from uploading himself into a body. Madelyn is quiet, calming herself and trying to stop her mind from racing.
Cap and Clint are in the Quinjet, surveying from the skies, while Nat and Madelyn are on Nat's bike, being the eyes on the ground. It was a miracle that Tony let Madelyn come with them, and Cap argued for Madelyn to stay in the jet. Nat got her way though, insisting that Madelyn would be okay under her wing. After all, Nat is one of the main ones that saved her from HYDRA, and she can help her get into Avenger mode on the ground.
"Got him. U-GIN truck, 12 o'clock" Clint says over the comms, "Can take it out in one hit."
Cap immediately rejects the idea in fear of an infinity stone in the synthetic body demolishing the city, so he jumps onto the truck from the jet, interrupting the upload and starting a fight with Ultron.
"You're no match for him, Cap!" Clint yells into the comms, a little too late.
Nat speeds up on her bike going to the truck to retrieve the Regeneration Cradle. Madelyn is holding onto her for dear life. Suddenly, they see Cap's shield fly out of the truck, which Nat spots and quickly grabs, handing it behind her to Madelyn to hold onto. They finally reach the truck, and Madelyn throws the shield at Ultron to get him to stop attacking Cap. Cap retrieves his shield from the throw, but his fight with Ultron flows into a moving train nearby.
While Ultron is busy with Cap, Nat and Madelyn work together to start retrieving the Regeneration Cradle when the truck is lifted into the air by the Ultron Sentries.
"What's happening?!" Madelyn yells, panicked.
"Stay calm," Nat says firmly, nodding toward Clint flying toward them on the Quinjet, "We gotta focus and get this onto the jet. Come on."
Madelyn lets out a shaky breath, but she nods and rejoins Nat in pushing the Quinjet out of the truck. They end up getting it onto the jet successfully, but Ultron flies in, grabbing Nat.
"NAT NO!" Madelyn screams. She instinctively holds out her hand and a forceful energy beam shoots out of her and into Ultron. It hits him, causing him to release Natasha for just long enough that Mackenzie can grab her and pull her back further into the Quinjet.
"Nat are you okay?" Madelyn asks her, holding onto her arm.
"I'm fine, I'm- MADDY!"
Nat watches in horror as Madelyn yells, being grabbed by Ultron. She tries to use her beams, but he knocks her unconscious. He flies away with her, kidnapping her from the Avengers.
Nat looks at Clint like she has failed him. The two have an unspoken pact and bond with Madelyn, as if silently always agreeing to protect her since they first rescued her from HYDRA.

Madelyn sits up slowly, rubbing her head and blinking her eyes awake. She looks around at the stone enclosure she's in, and a horrible feeling sinks into her stomach. She gets a rush of horrific nostalgia at the cold atmosphere, especially when she notices the faint HYDRA logo in the rubble. If you've been in one HYDRA base, you've been in them all. They all come with that disparaging feeling of hopelessness and coldness.
