Tofu Battle

Finally, the family returned to the hotel for dinner. The boys had another performance later that evening, so the meal was a little earlier than normal. The family planned to order room service after the performance, so this dinner was more on the lighter side.

The city had a reputation for excellent tofu, so the family ordered some yudofu, hot tofu with a light daishi broth and served with dipping sauces. It was a simple yet exquisite dish, healthy and comforting, perfect after a day of activities.

"Mm, this is so good!" Yugo hummed happily. He eyed Yuya's bowl, tempted to swipe some of his tofu. Yuya noticed immediately and held his chopsticks at the ready, clicking the tips together in warning. "Keep away from my food, Yugo! I'm hungry!"

Yugo pouted at him. "So am I! And I was chasing Yuri around the laser tag arena! I need my strength!"

"Ah-ah-ah!" Yuya moved his bowl away as Yugo tried to swipe some of his tofu. "Mine! You have your own! Why do you always try to steal my food? Steal someone else's!"

Yugo pouted at him, then suddenly turned and tried to snatch some of Yuri's tofu. Yuri yelped, stunned that Yugo would do that to him of all people. "Yugo!"

"Haha! Got some!" Yugo cheered, stuffing his stolen tofu prize into his mouth. Yuri stared at him in shock, then glared. "Gimme!"

He snatched some of Yugo's tofu, and the blunana gasped. "Hey! That's more than I took from you!" he protested, snatching a bit of tofu out of Yuri's chopsticks. Yuya giggled and snatched some of Yugo's tofu while he was busy with Yuri, much to Yugo's dismay. "Yuya!"

"Heheh!" Yuya giggled, munching the tofu. Yugo pouted furiously and snatched some of his tofu. "Revenge tofu!"

"Ah, no!" Yuya squealed, trying to defend his tofu. Meanwhile, Yusho, Zarc, and Yuto were watching the tofu battle in amusement. It was simply adorable!
