Today we are having our annual summer/late fourth of July cook out. Since Richie and I parents couldn't make it we decided to invite our friends and have a chill day. Drinks were in the cooler and Duncan was grilling burger, hotdogs and everything else. I was talking to Anna putting the baked beans, and potatoe salad in nice bowls to sit outside . Jason and Johnny came in the kitchen .
"You need our help?" Jason asked.
"Yes actually, take these out there and take those plastic forks and cups outside please and thank you."
"Will do Connie Bun." Johnny said.
"Oh and Johnny could you please bring us back something to drink. I'm dying of dehydration." He nodded and took the stuff outside. He came back not even a minute later with our drinks. He had put my corona in a cup with a straw since I was still underage. He gave Anna her drink and then pretending to give me mind until he lifted it up above my reach.
"What you going to do for me?" He smirked.
"Johnny! Quit playing" I whined.
"We'll finish this later then." He kissed me handing me my drink. He turned around to walk away and I smacked his butt. "You know I'm not with that shit." He said walking out the door. I laughed taking a sip.
"Oh my goodness!! I just can't believe you go with him!!"
"I know right!! Like I'm in shock myself."
"If you can get Johnny, I wonder if Mr. Fields will date me."
We looked at each other."Nah." We said in unison laughing.
"Girl all I can say is that you got it going on right now ."
"I know girl !!! " We high fives and went outside to join everyone else in the back yard. We went over to were Duncan was grilling, causing Anna has a crush on him .
"What's good ladies?" Duncan said flipping the burgers.
"Nothing much Dun. Just checking you out sexy thang." I said
"Oh really." He said in a high pitch tone .
"Yes. You know I have always had a thing for Chef Bouyarde." I was laughing so hard.
"Connie you know you play too much." He said laughing.
"You know you sexy. Haha, but I'm not the one who like you. She do."I said nodding my head over towards Anna.
"Connie No!"
"What girl it's true. I'm trying to get you guys together. Let me work my magic."
"Haha I ain't going to lie, I would fuck with both of y'all but y'all young . I'm 22 and ain't trying to go to jail cause I like to have sex." He said pressing down on the burgers.
"Well it's just your luck. I'm taking and she is 18 and single. Plus she turning 19 next month she is going to closer to 21 and pooping that-"
"Connie please ?!" Anna said laughing
"If she 18 and your 16 ,how did you meet?" He asked.
"I'm turning 17 thank you and Music Camp . We went for three years straight. Duh!!! Then she became my girlfriend, but I'll let you have her for free this time . I'm giving you the discount."
I said pushing her closer."See this and it's all authentic."
"Con stop please. You are a bad match maker for real." Anna said turning red.
"Yeah she is, but hey what's up for real. Do you like me or whatever."
