{Ashton's pov}
I headed home after I stayed at Luke's house for a while. When I got to the apartment it felt so empty. If y/n was here, she would have come bounding up to me, and wrapped her hands around my neck, she would have asked a ton of questions about how things in the studio went...Ashton stop, she's gone.
Right, dinner, I need to make dinner. I made toast and put Vegemite on it. I sat down and ate it. Y/n loved Vegemite, she would always...
Ashton stop.
I finished my toast and put my dish in the dish washer, I went into the bathroom to shower. I closed my eyes.
~Flashback~
I heard the thud come from the backroom, I shot up. I banged on the door. No answer. I yelled for her. I unlocked the door with the key. Pulling back the curtain, "no, no, no,no!!" I yelled scrambling to grab my phone I turned off the water and dialed 911. I wrapped her in a towel, begging her to stay. Pleading her dead body to speak, I stroked her hair, hoping for her to smile. The tears rolling down my face, I felt dead, alone. I knew nothing. I knew I would stumble and fall trying to get over her. I held her close, hoping for her to say something, if only I hadn't let her leave that damn couch! The ambulance came and took her away from me, they tried for 12 hours to make her stay, but she left! With no reason.
~flashback over~
I felt tears streaming down my face, I wiped them away.
"I love you, I need you. But you left," I whispered to myself. Then I got in the shower, trying to rinse off the pain. I got into bed. It felt so empty, her body wasn't laying there. And to think she told me 'please don't leave me' but look, here I am. Laying in bed wishing I was beside her, but she is gone. I cried myself to sleep again tonight.I woke up at 6 the next day, we didn't have to go into the studio. So I decided to go for a run, I mean why not there wasn't going to be anyone to miss me. I sighed getting out of bed, I put on some basketball shorts and a tee shirt. I had a cup of coffee then I walked down to the park. The park was y/n favorite. It's where we had our first
Ashton, stop!
Right, I put in my earbuds and started running. I drifted off, not paying attention to where I was running, I felt someone run into me.
"Sorry," I said taking out my earbuds turning around. I saw a fairly short girl that came up to about my shoulder, with brown hair, and grey eyes."It's okay, it was my fault." She said smiling a little. "I was running too fast anyway, stress relief," she said rolling her head.
"Same," I said, I mean I guess this was stress relief. Right? "Why are you stressed?" I asked. ASHTON WHAT THE FUCK YOU YOU DOING SHES A STRANGER!! I yelled at myself inside my head.
"Boyfriend. I mean ex-boyfriend," She took a deep breathe, "my boyfriend died a year ago, I'm just you know, not over it yet?" She said questioning the last part.
"My girlfriend commuted suicide a year ago. I... uhh...Yeah," I said. Biting my lip.
"Wanna jog to my favorite coffee shop with me?" She asked.
"Sure! I got nothing to do," I said, we put back in our earbud and we started jogging off I followed behind her. Something told me this would be all over Twitter tomorrow. We stopped at a small coffee shop, it was between two other small shops, it was really just a door with a sign, when she opened the door, it lead to a staircase, we walked up stairs and there was a few tables, couches, and a counter, it was quiet small but it was really cool.
"I had no idea this was here," I said looking down at her.
"Yeah, my mum used to own it, I was supposed to move in to it as a loft/apartment after college, but when I left college to be a musician they said I couldn't live here, so they sold it to a family friend who started this shop,"She said looking back up at me.
