CHAPTER 29

The doctor came out while holding a baby in his hands as he looks at Taehyung who was sitting at the corner while crying hard.

"Mr. Kim." Dr. Kang Min-Ha called out softly as Taehyung immediately looks up as he wiped his tears and walked up to her.

"Y-yes doctor?" he stuttered as MinHa flashed him a weak smile, "Congratulations, it's a girl." she said while handing over the baby to Taehyung who just stared at her as he then looks at the doctor.

"W-what about Arianna? I-is she ok?" he asked, his eyes begging her to give some good news as MinHa smiles while nodding, "Your wife made it.. she's really strong person. She's unconscious though and she would be under Medical observation for next 24 hours." she assured as she nods and leaves as Taehyung sighed in relief.

He leaned back, supporting his body with the wall as he looks at the baby girl in his hands, "I love you sweetheart a-and Y'know Mumma is very strong..to overcome everything." he whispered as he pecks the little girl's forehead softly as he caressed the child's face with his fingers as the child grabbed his long fingers instantly.

The baby had beautiful blue eyes like him and black curls like her mother. [Ik babies don't have lot of hair during birth but c'mon this's FF..you can imagine, remember Rapunzel as a baby?]

"I love you.." Taehyung whispered while pecking the baby's hair, "You're my princess...My Areum."

"So she'll be fine right?" Adrian asked while looking at the head doctor, Mr. Lee as the doctor nods his head softly, "Yes she will.. her uterus had torn slightly but we've taken care of it. She had gone through C-section so she might have really grave difficulty for a month atleast in peeing, or excreting. Even laughing can cause her pain, that's normal for all women who've gone through C-section as we cut through 7 layers of her abdomen." The doctor said softly as Adrian nods, he softly but firmly held Taehyung's hand who was sitting beside him and quietly listening to everything.

"We'll make sure she's comfortable Doctor." Adrian said as the doctor smiles and nods, "Just make sure to bring her for a checkup in a month or two. We will discharge her in 3 days." he said as Adrian nods as the two males stood up and left after bowing.

"Taehyung ah?"

Taehyung's head shot up as his gaze met his mother's as fat tears slipped down his cheeks. His mother who clearly saw his turmoil, extended her arms as her son rushed towards her and hugged her while burying his face in the crook of her neck, "s-she made it Eomma.." he whispered as Mrs. Kim pecked her son's locks softly with warmth in her heart.

"She's strong Tae..she just needs some rest hmm? You can go meet her in a few hours." She whispered as the other just nods his head while sniffing, "W-where's Areum and Hana?" he asked as his mother smiles warmly at how caring her son was.

"Hana is playing with your dad.." she said as Taehyung let out a weak chuckle, of course she loved her grandpa, "And Jimin and Jungkook are with Areum.." she said as Taehyung just nods his head softly as Mrs. Kim pats his back gently.

"Son.. she's a warrior, a gem.. cherish her and your family... always." she whispered as Taehyung nods while more tears slipped his side, he doesn't show his vulnerable side to anyone...anyone except his mom and BTS members and his Ari..

In that moment Taehyung was determined to take care of Arianna till she heals completely. He was determined to fulfill all the vows they had taken during their wedding, till his last breath. He would even sacrifice himself without any regret for his family. Anything.

He thanked the lord for hearing his prayers and curing his Ari.. and he also thanked the lord for the miracle because the doctor themselves told him that at one point they believed the surgery will fail but no! Miracle happened and they managed to save Arianna from danger.

One of the rarest cases they had operated on. They believed that it was only Arianna's resolve to get through the pain and God's grace which made them the mediator to save a life.

Next chapters are gonna be intresting i promise. I'm just alot busy with my practicals and upcoming exams. I hope you guys understand.
