THE MAN CARRIED Astoria on his back as he and Emma made his way through the forest. Emma shooting at any monsters that came near them.
This is much more intense than the way we came here.
These demons have no clue what they're doing which means that they're wild.
They would rip us apart if they caught us.
"Hang in there, Astoria." The man whispered as they continued running through the forest back to safety. "You want to go back to your family, right? You want to see your loverboy again, Yeah? And you want to know who I am. So don't you dare die on me. Don't you dare!"
Emma couldn't help the sad expression that overtook her features as she looked at Astoria. All she wanted was to live a happy and peaceful life with all her family.
And the thought of losing any of her family scares her, it really, really scares her.
All she could do is hope that Astoria would make it another day.

"I'm sure they're fine." Yvette said, grinning at the girl.
Gilda looked down at the kids with a fond smile before taking a seat at the dining table.
I really hope they're okay.
Astoria and Norman are already gone. I can't afford to lose those two either.
She thought to herself, sighing as she ran her hands down her face.
"It's showing on your face, Gilda." Don told her with a small smile on his face, "I know you're worried, but if we show we're nervous, they'll get uneasy too."
