RAY, ASTORIA, EMMA, Don and Gilda all walked throughout the demon village, keeping quiet so that they weren't discovered.
"Did you hear? Another farm was attacked yesterday." One of the demons said as they walked past.
"Another one? Someone must be desperate if they're stealin' meat."
A laugh escaped the demon's lips, "If I had a chance to nab some, you can bet I would."
The voice sent chills down Astoria's spine. They had heard about the farm destruction as it was spreading around the town like wildfire.
After the shelter was attacked, They all found themselves homeless once more. Using the masks that Nigel had made for them a long time ago, they managed to escape to a demon society undetected.
They thankfully managed to find a safe place to lay low for a little while, and Yuugo and Lucas made it feel like home with their stupid dad jokes.
