7. News on the team

Lucillia's POV

I was actually really enjoying the car trip with Jesse, he was so nice and funny snd we got on really well. He was my best friend and I think I could talk to him about anything.

"So what is your boyfriend like?" He asked me.

"He is so sweet! His name is Levi and we have been dating since year 7. He plays soccer so you will play against him when his and our teams play against eachother"

"Do you love him?" He asked me.

"Yes" I said smiling.

"That's good that you are happy Luc"

I smiled at his comment and heard Carter gag in the back, what was his problem with Jesse? At least we were in my street now so we wouldn't have to put up with Carter's constant annoyance. I mean I love my brother to pieces but sometimes he can be a bit irritating.

"I see that Blake has already got in there with Britney today"

I looked at Britney's house and Blake's car was parked in the drive way.

"Doesn't Britney's parents care that she has a boy over and they are having sex in their house?"

"No one really knows about Britney's dad but her mum doesn't really care, she is a bit weird"

"Oh okay then, well thanks for the ride Jesse, it means a lot"

"No worries, give me a call if you ever need a ride somewhere"

"Will do, bye"

"Bye Luc"

I grabbed my bags and shut the door.

Jesse waved and I smiled cause my hands were full. I walked up to the door of my house and Jesse waited till I was inside safely. He was such a sweetheart!

It was a bit disturbing knowing that Blake and Britney were having sex in the house next to mine.

Once I walked inside dad walked over to me and gave me a hug.

"Now how did my angel do at trials today?"

"I did pretty good, I won the toss and gave the other team the ball to start but just got it back anyways and I scored a few goals here and there"

"That's my girl"

I smiled at dad and walked up to my room and took everything out of my bags that I needed for tonight.

I got a skype call from Levi and answered it happily.

"Hey Leev" I said happily.

'Hey Lucillia"

"How are you?"

"Good, how are you?" He asked while fixing his hair.

"Thats good, and im good thanks, i'm a bit tired cause of soccer today but yeah"

"How did you go babe?"

"I did good, should get on the team but it's gonna be weird having to play against Annie and stuff"

"Yeah but they will understand, it's okay"

We talked for a few more hours till I had to go cause I was tired.

I had a shower and got into my pyjamas afterwards. I walked outside to my balcony and saw Blake leaving Britney's house.

"I will see you tomorrow Britney"

"Okay drive safely Blake" she said, she was only wearing a shirt. He hopped in his car and drove off. Once he left Britney looked up at my balcony and saw me. She immediately smiled and waved at me. I smiled and waved back before she walked inside.

I got into bed and fell asleep thinking about Levi.

Next Day

I walked into school the next day wearing black tights, black boots and Levi's shirt and jumper. My hair was pulled into a nice ponytail with bits hanging out so it wasn't so tightly pulled back.

As I walked in the school doors Jesse ran up to me with a huge smile on his face.

"You made it into the school soccer team, it isn't a huge surprise because you were by far the best player there but guess what?" He said quickly.

"What Jesse?" I asked while giggling quietly.

"You got named Captain of the team, that's frikkin amazing!"

"Are you serious?" I asked

"Does it look like im joking hun"

I squealed with excitement and pulled Jesse into a hug. This is amazing, I'm gonna have to call Levi and my dad. My dad had wanted me to play soccer since before I was born because he played and so did my uncle Xavier but my mum wanted me to be a cheerleader because she was one. I mean like I did gymnastics when I was younger but I hated it so I stuck with just soccer.

He squeezed me tightly and lifted me up off of the ground.

I giggled and squealed at the same time and he put me down carefully.

We walked to our home room thingy together and saw Blake and Britney there. Blake just looked bored while Britney was talking about this new movie that she wanted him to go take her see.

"Can't she see that he isn't interested" Jesse whispered in my ear. I laughed silently but whacked his arm.

"A girl can only dream Jesse"

He rolled his eyes and sat down next to Blake while I sat down next to him.

Time for another interesting day at school.
