Today I'm going to another one of D'Angelo Summer League games....Me and D been together since out Junior year in high school and I loved him ever since.... But now that he's such a big super star b/c he's in the NBA and play for the Lakers it seems like things start going down hill...I shook that thought out my head while I walked to my seats....While I waited for the game to start Jordan Clark and his girl walked over and sat with me..So me and girl decided to talk.

"I really love D but things aren't working out"I said

"Well maybe what u guys need a break from each other and that's what me and Jordan did b/c it seems like our relationship was dying out but during our break we seen how much we both love and really need each other❤❤"she said

"Aww...you guys are too freaking cute like frfr lol... But I think that's what me and D need and ima tell that later...I jus hope things go good".

After the game D lead his team to victory and now he's done with his post conference....We sat in silence all the way back to his place... When we got it the house D said "What's wrong baby" with a sigh while walking upstairs to our room.

"D I really think we need a break" I said following right behind him.

"What you mean we need a break things are good between us". He said looking at me with hurt in his eyes

"Bri are you cheating on me with someone and tryna break up with me easily". Now with anger in his voice.

"D I would never cheat on you why in the hell would you think that" I said as tears ran down my cheek.

"B/c Bri lately you distancing yourself from me when we be home"

"That's b/c when we be at your games you ignore me be all other ppl when I be wanting to talk to u about something important and then when we get home I be mad and don't wanna be bothered by your ass". I said while going to grab my suitcase and packing my stuff up

"Look we can work things and get back to normal and we'll both happy"

"D lets just try this break ok and if you love each other we'll get back with each other" I said zipping up my suitcase.

D let out a long sigh and said "Ok...but they will be rules which consist of not going out with other ppl and no having sex ok"

"Deal...well let me get going" I said walking downstairs to the door.

"Aye Do don't do no dumb shit either ok lol"

"Ight I promise Bri"

"Ight bye D"

D POV ( 3 week later)

I hate that I said yes to this little break with Bri...I really miss her can't stop thinking about her I basically stay on the house all day...ughhhh let me just call her..I called Bri and like always she ignores my call and I hate when she do that..I wonder if that's how she felt at my games..

I got up from the couch b/c I heard a knock at the door...When I got to the door it was Bri...I was so happy to see her but angry that she don't answer my calls..

"Hey Bri...why haven't u been answering my calls" I said letting her in and walking back to living room.

"Oh so you see how feel when you ignore me at your games"

"Yes I do and I'm really sorry I miss you so much and I can't keep saying here without you baby I miss yo-"

Bri cut me off by kissing me and saying "I miss you too baby"

"Ughh I'm so happy your mine I couldn't take this shit "I said making her laugh.

"D hush lol....I love you D"

"I love you too baby"I said kissing her
