THE AIR IN the mansion smells of a sparkling freshness. This sensation must arise from the pleasure of not being surrounded by the putrefaction of corpses. I walk and there are no chains, the flames don't blaze, and red is just one of many colors.

My first concern is the fright I caused the guys. I am alive, it's not an illusion, I still exist on this planet!

"Follow me. We have a long chat ahead."

A long gutting, more like.

"My companions will be anxious, I want to greet them... before my end."

"Time hasn't passed as much as you think," Gazazhel replies dryly, marching without turning.

Through the window we passed, dawn is breaking.

I lift a corner of the curtain before returning to follow her. "I've been one night... there? And that's it?"

"I won't repeat myself, idiot," she enunciates. I've really pissed her off.

I am relieved because there was one good thing: my boys sleep soundly and the Irishmeinah didn't rob me of precious time.

In the same night, I walked kilometers and kilometers, fainted, woke up, saw people whipped, impaled, and walled up alive; I fought a reject of demonic society, tortured him, almost got caught by a Fallen Demon, and... oh. I had sex. The only part worth saving from my adventure. Gazazhel must not know this... Holy Dragons, I was extremely careful. No demonic babies will come, but it's better if the female Elf remains unaware, or she'll use me as fertilizer for the garden out here.
