THE MAGICAL SHIPS of Draiganteor travel incredibly fast and can take tourists to every part of the world in just a few hours, except for places where it is inadvisable or even forbidden to set foot. We arrive in no time at the farthest tip of a Land largely surrounded by the ocean, the Unknown Continent. The docking points are usually two: one for arrival trips and one for return trips.

Without these, one cannot call a ship from any place they find themselves; if you don't use a point set by magic for return trips, and thus to leave the continent, it is impossible to depart. The points set for arrival cannot take the traveler away.

Raor and the group have planned to cross the Unknown Continent by taking a large hilly area that cuts through the interior, dividing it into two not perfectly equal parts. Getting there means being close to reaching the Lighthouse. It is the best route because reaching the destination by by passing the Shadowmere Lake implies a longer time.

"It will be on average six days of walking. The weather conditions are good thanks to the spring."

Raor makes it seem like a joke when the ship drops us off at the beach, and if I weren't distracted, I would comment. My mouth is agape with astonishment, and my face reads a gigantic: Wow, what enormous cliffs! The salty air weaves through the strands of my bangs and perfumes my hair; the ocean expanse behind us is serene and glistening, fringed by light reflections that look like tiny diamonds. Hello, my beloved sea... it's been so long since we last met.
