"Doc, I'm in love with you..." The man in the white coat stared at the shorter friend. "I'm sorry, Bdubs. I like Ren..."

-

I didn't want to bother anyone with my emotions or my problems ever again. And it's all Beef's fault! He told me to tell Doc how I felt. No one knew how that played out. But it seemed like everyone on the server minus Doc, had known of my feelings towards him.

But no one will get to see us together. I wonder if he told some others. I haven't seen anyone in two weeks. Surely, they would all be curious about now.

I was right. A few minutes later, I heard fireworks and someone land harshly onto the road outside.

I was hiding away in the Cyberpunk city. Coincidentally, in Impulse's new shop that he had built for me. I had done the interior of Snips while I was hiding so I had places to hide behind.

The door opened. "W-what? It's Snips! Last time I saw it, there was nothing in here." The brunette exclaimed.

"Cause I was bored." I mumbled. He wouldn't laugh at me, right? Right.

"This is the last friggin time I ever take orders from Beef. Or anybody." I said a little louder, standing up.

"I'm never falling in love again. Cause no matter what, I always end up eith my heart stepped on." I walked past Impulse. "If you want me, I'll be over at Beefs, stabbing him over and over again to make myself feel beter."

Without waiting for a response, I rocketed away.

When I got there, Etho, Keralis, X and of course, Beef are doing something with a wool block on the ground when I approached them.

I said nothing as I took out a sword and promptly, stabbed Beef. He fell to the ground dead and his stuff went everywhere. He respawned close by so I didn't pick any of it up.

"What did you do that for?!" He asked. Keralis, Etho and X were just staring at me, shocked.

"Never take love life advice from Beef. You'll just end up with your heart broken and let down." I didn't even recognize my own voice. It was monotone. It sounded like there was no life left in it.

Keralis looked away knowing that when I'm in this kind of mood, it was just better to ignore me. X was trying to find a way to help me. I could see it in his eyes. Beef was trying to figure out why I was mad at him. But Etho. He looked kinda.. relieved?

"I-I'm going to go help Gem with her base." Keralus replied and quickly flew away. X saw the expression Etho was making. And he, too, had grabbed beef and said he wanted his help putting his Christmas tree up.

Etho and I were now alone. I sighed. "Great. X took my stabbing victim away." I cleared my throat and looked over at the only other one left.. who promptly.. hugged me?

"Sorry. Looked like you needed it." Was his reply. I smiled a bit. "Thanks."

He pulled away and smiled a closed eye smile. "You just need to find the right one."

I thought about his words. I sighed. "Yeah." I looked away.

Just then, Beef messaged Etho. He grimaced and looked back up at me and pocketed his phone.

"Well, it was good talking. I gotta head out." I thought he was going to fly away, but he made my jump when he kissed my cheek. "See ya." He laughed at my expression.

I stood there thinking for longer than I cared to admit. Etho and I were friends, weren't we? I mean, Keralis did that same thing to X and I. And I considered those two as brothers. And Ren did that to literally everyone so it didn't mean a thing to him. So then, why did that kiss make me blush and my heart skip a beat?

A hand waved in front of my face. "Uh. Hi. You back with us?"

I blinked. Tango, Xb and Wels were standing there. "Yeah, no. Doc used to be the issue. Now, it's Etho. Etho is the issue."
