Yunah knew she had struck a nerve by telling Y/n exactly what they had been failing to see.

She wasn't as dumb as everyone else made her feel.

"Care to tell us why you were seen kissing that brat?" Yunah was greeted with pictures of her kissing Y/n earlier in the day...

Her heart dropped, but she knew just how to lie herself out of simple things like a kiss.

"What's wrong with taunting the kid? Besides, now there's pictures to taunt Minji too," She yawned like it didn't matter.

"You might be on to something," Fuma smirked to himself from the side.

- Y/N POV -

"Ohh, I was so hungry!!" Minji groaned as she devoured her food.

The girls had decided to eat out for dinner. They had invited Miyawaki, and I, to a restaurant near the university.

"Are you okay? You're not eating," Haerinie suddenly tapped on my plate to get my attention.

"Huh? Yeah," I shortly responded.

All day I had been in my thoughts.

"Y/n just has a project coming up. They've been out of it all day," Miyawaki unknowingly saved me from having to explain myself.

In reality, I kept thinking that...

Yunah was right.

It was either the girl or the lifestyle.

If I choose my life based on a girl, then I couldn't complain about the lifestyle.

But if I choose my life based on lifestyle, then it could mean losing the girl and everything I love.

If I choose to walk away from The Hooligans then we wouldn't be as close anymore. I'd feel like I betrayed my closest thing to a family...

But if I chose to stay with a girl like Minji or Yunah then I'd have to be a part of that lifestyle.

That's probably why I felt so drawn to Miyawaki from the start. She's someone who knows the lifestyle but wants something different. She's just like me.

"Well then eat up, eat up! You'll need a lot of energy to get a good grade," Minji suddenly started piling up food on my plate.

"You need veggies too," Dani shoved a piece of broccoli in my mouth.

"This girl and her veggies!" Hanni laughed.

"Here, Sunbae," Hyein placed a piece of meat from her plate on mine.

I was a bit dazed and confused, but I could see Sakura laughing to herself because of the way the girls were treating me.

- Hanni POV -

Danielle kept shoving piles of food into Y/n's mouth all night. While the rest of us had a few drinks.

It was nice to relax for once.

Life had been so stressful lately that we had all forgotten the simple things in life.

"I think I've eaten enough. Thank you," Y/n tried to get Dani to stop.

"I don't think so," Haerin teased.

"Please!" Y/n pleaded with her to make Danielle stop.

"Just stop, Stop. Sunbae has to attend a fundraiser luncheon tomorrow with me. I need their stomach empty by then so they can eat while I network," Hyeinie started helping her beloved Sunbae.

It was still a bit odd that we had even allowed Y/n to get a job at The KKMLP before they graduated, but I was grateful we did. Now, we all got to see a lot more cute Hyein and Y/n moments.

"Aaww, I wanted to take Y/n out tomorrow!" Minji suddenly whined.

She was drunk so her feelings towards Y/n were very apparent.

"Guess we can't go play tennis again," Miyawaki suddenly glared at Minji.

"But Tennis with Y/n is my thing!" Minji was being too loud.

"I think I have more of a right. You know, since we're dating," Sakura-ssi seemed to be trying to rile Minji up.

"Nope. My job does. I like getting paid a little too much," Y/n nonchalantly responded.

"But we can buy y-"

I quickly elbowed Minji to shut up.

"So can I," Miyawaki glared at Minji again before turning to wink at Y/n, and saying... "I can buy whatever you want,"

"Wtf is going on?" I started wondering.
