Sequel Chapter 9: A broken Elsa

<<<MERIDA'S POV>>>

Me and Henrietta are walking around giggling. Henrietta is dragging me round laughing. Hiccup said he was going to grab us some water.

"Mommy, where is Daddy?" Henrietta asked.

"He has gone to get some water. Don't you wrong, sweetie!" I giggle.

Me and Henrietta walk around and she just giggles away without a single care in the world. I look up to her like she is my life model. My daughter is my little idol.

"Come on, sweetie! Shall we find Da--" I stop.

There a few feet into front of me is Hiccup and...Astrid...kissing... My heart stops. Hiccup and Astrid push each other and look at each other in disgust.

I go back to the table and luckily nobody is there. I take off my wedding ring and leave a note for him.

I pick up Henrietta and get her stuff. I have tears streaming down my face. I take Henrietta's stuff and leave the HighSchool grounds.

"Mommy, where is Daddy?" Henrietta asks cluelessly.

I cry. I hug her tightly and she hugs me too.

"H-He has turned his b-back on u-us," I cry.

Henrietta cries and I cuddle her in my arms. I shush her and she falls to sleep. I can't return to Berk or DunBroch now. I want my Princess to have a life with happiness.

"I promise to keep you away from all that pain, Princess..." I whisper.

I put Henrietta in her pram. I have tears flowing down my face. Goodbye, Hiccup Haddock...I'm now Merida DunBroch once again.

<<<HICCUP'S POV>>>

I was getting mine, Merida's and Henrietta's drink. Suddenly, someone fell onto me and kissed me. They weren't Merida's, because Merida's taste of blueberries. This person's taste of strawberries.

I push them off and look at them, it's Astrid?! I wipe my lips roughly. Completely disgusting.

We go off separate ways. How I hate her so much. She ruined my friendship with Merida, before trying to make her leave this school.

I look around for Merida, but I can't seem to find her. Actually, I don't see her or Henrietta anywhere. I find Kristoff.

"Hey, Mountain man!" I call out.

Kristoff turns and see me. He smiles and nods.

"Hey, buddy. What's up?" Kristoff asks.

"Dude, have you seen Merida or Henrietta? I can't find them anywhere!" I say.

"Oh, I think she went back to the table, but other than that I don't know," Kristoff shrugged.

"Thanks, bud!" I smile.

I walk back to the table, but it's deserted. One thing catches my eyes. Merida's wedding ring... I grab her ring and there is scruffy note... It's Merida's handwriting.

'Hiccup Haddock!
I saw every bit! How could you do this to me?! To our daughter?! I can't believe you! Don't bother looking for me either. I have taken Henrietta with me and I don't intend on coming back!'

Tears stream down my face. I drop to the floor and cry. People are looking at me and I don't give a damn. I see Astrid and I go straight at her with pure angry.

"YOU SEE WHAT YOU DID?! SHE HAS LEFT WITH MY DAUGHTER!" I shout angrily.

"Take a chill! She is gonna come back," Astrid said rolling her eyes.

"SHE ISN'T COMING BACK! A NOTE IN MY HAND HERE ALONG WITH HER WEDDING RING!" I shout.

I drop to the ground once again crying. My wife has left with my child... She could be anywhere in the world and I don't know where...

"H-Hiccup, I'm s-sorry..." Astrid said sincerely.

"SORRY CAN'T CHANGE A THING NOW! THIS WORLD IS HUGE! I WON'T FIND HER OR MY DAUGHTER!" I shout.

I weep. Kristoff comes over and helps me up. I cry as I walk away. My beautiful wife is gone... My little girl is gone too... My life is gone...

<<<ELSA'S POV>>>

It's been 2 weeks and Merida really did keep to her word. She hasn't returned and nobody knows where she is. I have skyped Hiccup and he is a mess. Jack is going to visit him today.

There's two reasons why I'm not going to leave Arrendelle: 1. Merida could show up here. 2. Mom and Dad have to leave for Overland for business.

My parents left for Overland over 3 and a bit days ago. I wonder why haven't they sent anything to us to inform us they arrived? I shake it off.

"I'll see you later, kids!" Jack said.

Luna and Jackie cuddled Jack. I hand Snow to Jack and he holds her and she giggles happily.

"Daddy loves you too!" Jack chuckles.

I laugh. I take Snow and Jack floats into the air. He kisses my lips and I kiss back.

"See you soon, Snowflake." Jack whispers.

"See you soon, Frostie." I reply.

Jack smiles at us and flies off. See you soon, Jack. I will miss you my love. I take Snow to the palace playroom. Jackie and Luna went outside to play.

"D-Daaaa," Snow babbles.

"What was that Snow?!" I gasp happily.

"D-Daaaa!" Snow giggles.

I hug her.

"M-Maaaa," Snow babbles.

I gasp and cry happily.

"Did you say Ma?" I ask.

"Ma...ma..." Snow babbles.

I hug her again. Snow giggles. She starts to play with my hair. I make a funny face making Snow laugh. There was a knock on the door.

"Come in!" I call.

The door opens. Kai and Gerda walk in with their heads bowed down and they have tears running down their faces.

"Kai, Gerda. Is everything alright?" I ask.

They stay silent. Gerda weeps loudly and runs out the room. Kai is still here crying.

"Kai?" I ask.

"I-I'm so sorry, Princess Elsa." Kai said sorrowfully.

I look at him confused. Kai looks up and I can see pain in his eyes.

"T-The King a-and Queen..." Kai cried.

I shook my head. I ran out the room with Snow. I can see a crowd in the courtyard. I run straight through and in the middle were the bodies of my Mom and Dad.

I drop to the floor crying. My parents are dead. Anna is at Bjorman Isles with Kristoff luckily, so she won't witness this.

"Princess Elsa...I know this isn't perfect timing, but...now with your parents...gone... You are to become the Queen..." Kai whispered.

Realisation struck me. My parents are dead. I have to become the Queen...
