You smiled at the familiar pink haired boy that happened to be walking by innocently from below you. He was nodding to something his friend was saying, but that didn't matter to you.

It was HIM you wanted.

And that is what led you to fearlessly jump off a three story building and land oh so gracefully on your unfortunately unsuspecting victim. With your legs draped over his shoulders, you rested your elbows on top of his head and rested your chin on both knuckles.

"Good day, sir~" You smoothly greeted, snickering as you saw his flustered state going full panic once he saw feminine legs either side of him.

From the day you met this boy until now, he still hasn't gotten used to you yet. A grin formed on your lips as his blonde friend yelled out "PIRATE!", forcing you to remove yourself from your human chair and dodge his attack.

"Now, now. That isn't a nice way to greet a lady, Helmeppo." You giggled.

The blonde growled at you, readying his weapons for another attack. You turned your attention to the boy with pink hair and waved, "I see you haven't gotten used to my spontaneous greetings yet, Coby~?"

Coby blushed a bright shade of red and scowled at you. "Quit messing around, (Name)!" He scolded, but you already ran off with a big smile on your face.

"See you tomorrow~!" You yelled as you disappeared in the crowded streets of the town.

Coby was by the shore with Helmeppo, watching the Marine ships sailing away.

"Time to go." Helmeppo said, starting to walk away.

Coby nodded and proceeded to follow, however fell face first on the sand as his legs were caught on something.

"Coby?!" Helmeppo turned around and blinked at his friend who was lying on the ground. A chain was wrapped around his legs. As his eyes trailed to the end of the bind, he found none other than... You.

"(NAME)!" Helmeppo shrieked.

At the sound of your name, Coby sighed and pushed himself up. An annoyed frown was plastered on his lips as he glanced over his shoulder to look at you.

You were standing there with the end of the chain in your hand, your other hand waved to him. "Hello~" You greeted with a smile.

"(Name)..." He grumbled, twisting his body around to face you fully. "Are the chains really necessary?"

From the look on his face, you could tell he was slightly annoyed.

Okay, maybe, A LOT annoyed.

But, hey, who could blame him?

You grinned, and by that grin he knew what was coming next. However no matter what he did, poor Coby could never seem to defend himself against it.

"Coby-kun, the way you said that sounded soo... Naughty~" You growled seductively, wiggling your eyebrows in a suggestive manner that you could tell, from his scarlet red cheeks, that he knew what you had meant.

"Sh-Shut up!" He retorted, his blush darkening as you laughed hysterically at him.

Before he could break free from the chains, you took off running with the same big smile on your face, just like yesterday. Turning around and running backwards, you blew him a kiss and gave a wink, just for laughs.

As your form vanished beyond the treeline, Helmeppo looked at his friend thoughtfully. "Your girlfriend sure is weird." Helmeppo remarked with a smirk.

Coby finally got his legs free, but the chains rained down on his head like hail after throwing them up in surprise from the word Helmeppo used to describe you.

"She is NOT my GIRLFRIEND!" He scoffed and glared lightly, storming off as Helmeppo rolled his eyes at him.

Helmeppo was walking alone today, which made you wonder where your usual target was.

Jumping down from the lamp post, you landed next to the blonde and pouted up at him, "Heyyy, where's Coby?"

He frowned, looking down at you since he was obviously taller, and shrugged. "Maybe he's avoiding you." Was his response.

And just like that, Helmeppo started walking away, leaving you staring blankly at his back trying to process the words in your head.

Had you gone too far?

Did he hate you?

"Well, yeah, he's a Marine. He should hate you." You quietly told yourself as you began to walk away.

Even though you merely started this whole routine two months ago out of boredom, you became attached to Coby and couldn't get him out of your mind since day one.

You couldn't point out what this feeling was, but it felt weird not seeing him at least once a day. So to satisfy your strange urge to be around him, you visited him everyday and embarrassed him for fun.

"Coby... Where did you go...?" You sighed dejectedly while walking back to your ship.

Your crew was well aware of your daily outings, so you didn't need to tell them where you were headed every time you left the ship.

"Hey, captain, what did you do to him this time?" Your navigator asked.

"Nothing..." You replied with a huff and trudged back to your quarters without another word for the rest of the day.

The entire crew glanced at each other worriedly. That was the first time you had acted like that in months, what happened?

You walked to town again the next morning, this time to pick up a sword you had left the other day.

Streets were busy but you didn't really care. The sounds of the townsfolk were just muffled background noise to you.

Seeing the shop you were looking for, you walked in and payed the blacksmith who repaired your prized weapon to perfection. The sword glistened beautifully against the light, making you smile a bit before sheathing it again and leaving.

As you neared the docks, you realized that you hadn't seen Coby again today either. "Is he really avoiding me?" You asked to no one in particular, sighing as you were walking passed rows of ships.

Lost in your thoughts, you hadn't notice someone following you since you left town.

You gasped as cold metal clasped around your wrist and tugging you backwards. An arm wrapped around your waist from behind and you caught a glimpse of pink hair from the corner of your eye.

"Hey."

Your eyes widened at his voice and you felt your heartbeat quickening instantly.

"C-C-Coby?!" You almost shrieked. Your face was flushed bright pink as you realized that he was practically hugging you right now.

Calming yourself down, you turned your face just a bit to see his. "Where were you yesterday?" You asked with a sad frown.

Coby smiled. "I was busy so I couldn't go anywhere." He answered.

You pouted childishly up at him and whined, "But I really missed you, you dope!"

Ignoring the confused expression he wore on his face as you told him this, you took this opportunity to your advantage.

Quickly planting a kiss on his cheek before twirling out of his grasp, you stuck your tongue out playfully and gave a wink. "That's what you get for breaking our daily routine, Mr. Marine~" You giggled, twirling a key around your finger before running off. "See you tomorrow!"

Coby blinked and looked down at his now shackled wrists with the handcuffs he had on you just moments ago.

He chuckled to himself and shook his head with a smile.

"Yeah... I have a feeling I would."
