People's opinion on the mortal instruments
Hm...I refuse to choose, simply because they are an entirely different sort of story. TMI is sort of a love story, whereas, the major themes in THG are "government control, 'big brother', and "personal independence."

I love both series and hold them dear to my heart. I refuse to choose. *crosses arms against chest in a stubborn manner, goes and sits in corner

Mortal Instruments. The book is written better and someone doesn't die every page. I want to say more, but I don't want to ruin the book for you. I've read both MI and Hunger Games (hated the ending) .
