Chapter Eleven

When Wei Ying is outside he take in a deep breath then breathe out, 'If he has told me what he really felt then I will go with him back to Gusu but....he didn't say anything to me about it. You really make me angry Lan Zhan,' with that last thought Wei Ying went to break off the dark bamboo to make his flute Chenqing.

After he got the bamboo, he went back inside to where Lan Zhan is at. While working on his Chenqing, he glanced at the sleeping Lan Zhan every now and then. "Maybe, when I figure out who is the one behind everything then I will tell Lan Zhan the truth. I bet when I do...he will be very angry.'

During their time inside of the burial mound, Wei Ying is doing his best to keep Lan Zhan inside. "Keep away from the door Lan Wangji!" Wei Ying is angry at Lan Zhan for keep on trying to open the door.

"I need to head back to the Jiang clan or my brother will come here to look for me!" Lan Zhan shouted back at Wei Ying. "Then don't come here in the first place! You can't leave from here with resentment energy around the place!" 'The more he shout back at me the more I want to shut Lan Zhan up with a kiss.'

Lan Zhan kept his mouth shut since he know what Wei Ying said is true, "why can you leave from here?" Wei Ying let out a sigh, "what do you think Lan er gongzi?" Lan Zhan know what Wei Ying mean.

3 month later

"Just stay in here," 'during those three month, I can only avoid or more like distance myself from Lan Zhan. I can only keep him safe from the resentment energy from entering into this place.' Wei Ying is standing in the middle of the burial mound, he take out Chenqing, Yi Hufu and begin to clean the burial mound of the resentment energy.

About a minute or so later the place is full of light and the blue sky is out, 'Look just like back in the future,' he walk back to the big door, "Lan er gongzi, are you ready to go?" Lan Zhan glared at Wei Ying.

"Don't give me that look."

"Stop calling me "Lan er gongzi" we been here together for three month and your still calling me that."

Wei Ying let out a sigh, "fine, how about Lan Wangji then? Remember, don't try to find your Wei Ying in me because I am not him."

"I know." After saying that Lan Zhan walk away from Wei Ying to head back down the mountain. While walking behind Lan Zhan, he felt angry at himself for saying thing like this to his soulmate.

'I rather want you to call me "Lan Zhan" instead but then again, he not my Wei Ying, he can't call me "Lan Zhan." Wei Ying....I want you here with me.'

The of them soon arrive in Yiling, "Lan Wangji, do you want to take a break first before heading back to Yunmeng?" Lan Zhan suddenly felt his stomach is growling, Wei Ying held back his giggle.

"Come, let's get something to eat," 'in the future,I didn't pay for the meal it was Lan Zhan who pay for the meal instead.' All Lan Zhan can do is nodded his head. Wei Yang see how red one of Lan Zhan ear is, with a mischievous smile on his face he lean into Lan Zhan ear whispering, "Lan er gongzi, are you blushing? Your ear is red."

Lan Zhan step away from Wei Ying while covering up his left ear, he walk into the inn without saying anything to Wei Ying. He chuckled at this as he followed behind Lan Zhan, 'this time I guess I can pay for the meal.'

The two went to a room upstairs, this way they can have more privacy. Even though they are in the same room again, the two of them are not even talk to one another like before since Wei Ying is pretending not to be the Wei Ying of the future.

"Are you always this silent around Wei Wuxian?" Wei Ying asked while drinking his wine. "No, usually when Wei Ying ask me something I answer him back. I like to hear Wei Ying talk, hearing his voice letting me know that he is comfortable around me to talk about how he feel."

This make Wei Ying smile, "isn't that what you are doing right now, answering my question?" This got Lan Zhan to look at Wei Ying. He see Wei Ying is smiling at him, he look away with a slight blush on his cheek.

Wei Ying scooted closer to Lan Zhan, he stretched out his hand and take Lan Zhan chin in his hand. He turn Lan Zhan head to look at him, "if I was your Wei Ying, what do you want him to do to you?"

Lan Zhan removed Wei Ying hand from his chin, "I don't want to betray Wei Ying feeling. Your not him, remember." Wei Ying have on a smirk, 'How kind of you Lan Zhan? Now that I think about it, he will get angry at me for lying to him.' "Okay, whatever you said Lan Wangji."

The two decided to stay in Yiling for one more days before heading back to Yunmeng town. That night Wei Ying watch Lan Zhan sleeping from the window, 'he is letting his defense down around me. Lan Zhan Ah Lan Zhan, don't go around and let your defense down around other people. They will take advantage of you.'

He turn back to look up into the night sky, 'at least the Jiang clan is safe, at least Jiang Shushu and Madam Yu is alive. Jiang Cheng still have his core, Wen Qing and Wen Ning is safe. But how will I figure out who is behind what happen at NeverNight and Qiongqi path? Wen Ning said something about looking back into far past, I wonder if I can do that.'

That next day Lan Zhan and Wei Ying left Yiling town to head back to the Jiang clan. It didn't take them long to head back to the Jiang clan since Yiling and Yunmeng town is close to one another.

Wei Ying watch as Lan Zhan walk into the Jiang clan, 'no need for me to be in there,' there is only one place where Wei Ying will go. When Wei Ying got there he see the sight at the top saying, "Healer and Medicine" he smile at this.

'It look like Wen Qing is using her doctor to help people who are sick,' he walk into the house. "Wei gongzi," Wei Ying turn to his left to see Wen Ning with Wen Yuan in his arm

"It look like your sister is busy," the two turn to see many people who is waiting for Wen Qing to check up on them. "Mn. Jie Jie is doing what's our father use to do. This way we have enough money to buy thing we need for everyone who live here. We even grow our own herb as well."

"Then Wen Ning, can I stay here for the night? I don't want to go back to the Jiang Clan for a while?" Wei Ying breath in the out. "How come?" Wen Ning asked.

"Lan Zhan is there."

"Oh," was all Wen Ning said, "then let me take you to one of our guest room," with that Wei Ying stay at the Wen clan place for the rest of the days.
