"Well, well. So I had it right. It was all an act." Kakashi stated, causing Tazuna to respond in confusion. "With a cute little mask."
"Big phony. Ha." Sasuke laughed mockingly as Sakura exclaimed surprised at the sudden news.
"So I guess all that about being a tracker ninja protecting his village was just a bunch of bull." Tazuna commented, ganging up on the two rogue.
"They look pretty chummy to me. I'd say they've been pulling scams like that for a long time."
"He's got some nerve, facing us again after pulling that trick." Sakura's eyebrow twitched, her tone lying down furiously.
"And hiding behind a mask. Who does he think he's fooling?" Kakashi said, getting a raised eyebrow from Sakura.
"Speak for yourself, Sensei."
"But, that just means he's pretty confident about his skills if he's standing in front of us again." M/n smirked, grabbing another kunai and swinging them around his fingers. "I'd say I'm pretty pumped up."
"That's it. I'm taking him out." Sasuke mumbled, getting a gasp from his pink haired teammate. "Who does he think he's fooling, hiding behind that mask like some sort of clown?"
"Sasuke, M/n, you're so cool." Sakura gushed, bringing her fists close to her, fangirling.
'That's exactly what Kakashi-sensei just said.' M/n sweat-dropped, side eyeing Sasuke, seeing the Uchiha boy with a serious, unyielding expression that stood firm. If looks could kill, Zabuza and Haku would be six feet under.
Suddenly, the group saw Haku spin around on the soles of his feet, wind picking up as a small tornado had formed.
Haku had appeared in front of them, but before he could attack the group, M/n had moved and clashed his kunai with Haku's senbon needle.
'So, he can keep up with Haku's speed, huh?' Zabuza thought, a bit impressed by M/n's ability to be able to match with him.
"You know, all this drama just to kill a drunk old man is a bit too much for me. Why don't you live the life?" M/n began to make small talk, jumping away from being hit by the senbon. Haku and him both clashed again, grunting as they faced each other raw. "You look and sound like my age. Why are you risking your life, when you can enjoy your teenage years?"
"I could ask the same thing to you." Haku remarked before he dodged an attack from Sasuke, who came above M/n and straight to Haku's head.
