"Midoriya, is everyone over there okay?" Kirishima shouted, running over.
Suddenly, a concrete wall rose from the ground thanks to one of UA's teachers, shielding All Might's secret.
"Ok, someone needs to explain why our teacher has become a shriveled-up bag of bones right now," I said bluntly.
"Haruno, I will explain I promise, but I need you to know that no one can know about this form." He said before coughing more blood.
I sighed, kneeling down next to him and activating my healing chakra once more. My hands covered the spot which had been disintegrated, and what I discovered shocked me.
"Wait, Sakura!" Midoriya tried to no avail.
"Well, you're just full of secrets, aren't you All Might." I said, having taken in the extent of his injuries, "You know if this isn't fixed, you won't live very long." It was true; the damage to his body was immense and obviously not recent. The built-up scar tissue and damage to his organs would make recovery extremely difficult. Upon hearing no response from the damaged hero I decided to let it go for now. "I can heal your external injuries sufficiently, but you will want to get additional treatment as soon as possible," I said, beginning to heal the patch of decayed skin and flesh.
"Thank you young Haruno. Your efforts today are greatly appreciated." He wheezed, standing with the help of Midoriya, who looked anxiously between All Might and me.
"Yeah of course, but I'm not kidding All Might. In your current condition, you shouldn't be running around playing hero." I said, and Midoriya finally snapped.
"All Might is the number 1 hero, so stop talking down to him! Sure, you're strong, but you're still just a student like everyone else." He yelled. I hadn't seen him so fired up before, but the look on All Might's face told me he understood. In response to Midoriya's little outburst, I simply scoffed and jumped over the concrete barrier leaving the two alone.
On the other side, the sight before me was chaotic. Police had rushed in and were in the midst of apprehending all the minor criminals. Aizawa and Thirteen were being carried away in stretchers, and Kakashi was lying limply in none other than Ms. Midnight's arms. That perverted bastard. I marched over, pushing past all of our concerned classmates, and punched him right in the gut. I felt slightly better when I saw his eyes pop open in pain before he doubled over.
"Haruno?!" Midnight gasped, as did everyone else around us. Kakashi glared at me before removing himself from her embrace and standing holding his stomach.
"Sorry, I was just trying to wake him up. See, if he was truly so injured, then I was going to make sure he gets a nice long stay in the hospital with Aizawa." I said, giving her an innocent smile. Everyone, minus Kakashi, was confused by my statement, not knowing how horrible of a patient Kakashi was. Midnight probably would've reprimanded me if not for Kakashi piping up.
"Hmm, it seems that I'm feeling much better. No need to go to the hospital; it's not that serious," He said, giving me a classic eye smile, although the slight edge to his voice didn't go unnoticed.
"Kakashi, are you really alright?" Midnight asked, noticing it as well.
"Yes, I'm sure Sakura can fix me up if need be; there's no need to worry." He assured her.
"Well, if you say so kid. Since you're feeling alright, Aizawa told me he needs to speak with you so if you two can walk yourselves over to the ambulance he's in that would be great."
"Yes, of course. Thank you Ms. Midnight!" I said as I dragged Kakashi away.
"That was cruel Sakura. How could you do that to me?" Kakashi whined as we walked past the carnage of the battle.
