Chapter 9- Treatment

(Mia's P.O.V.)

Cory was getting on your last nerve. "April when are we leaving?" You asked ready to go at any second. "In awhile we still have time before you have to go patrolling." You rolled your eyes. "So Mia how bout you and me give April and Vern a little space." Cory asked putting his arm around your shoulder. "How about not." You said taking his arm of you.

"Come on we can have some fun." Cory said. "April I'm leaving." You said waking away. She just shrugged and kept talking to Vern. Cory followed you. You knew you couldn't lead him to the lair so you stayed above ground knowing the guys would be out for patrol soon.

(Raph's P.O.V.)

"They should be back by now." I said. My brothers and I were waiting for Mia and April. They should've been back awhile ago. "We'll find them in patrol Raph don't worry." Leo said. "Lover boy's just worried about Mia that's all." Mikey said. We went topside and I kept looking for Mia until I heard I scream. "I'm taken! T-A-K-E-N got it!"

It sounded like Mia so I went to check it out. Mia was yelling at some boy. "Come on babe can't I change your mind?" I don't know who this punk is but I'm gonna kick his ass. I jumped down from the roof landing behind Mia. She didn't flinch our even turn around. The boy on the other hand was scared. "Raph this is Cory. Cory this is Raph." Mia said. "What are you?" Cory asked. I walked past Mia and grabbed the guy by his shirt collar.

"More like who. I'm Mia's boyfriend and she's my girlfriend. Now I suggest if you don't want to get pummeled you leave her alone. Got it!" I yelled letting him drop to the ground. He nodded and ran away screaming. "Vern! That chick is a crazy psychopath!" "Thanks hot head." Mia said kissing my cheek. We went to the roof tops and watched April and Verns reaction to Cory.

(April's P.O.V.)

"Vern! That chick is a crazy psychopath!" Cory said running to us. "What are you freaking out about?" I asked. "Mia! She's dating a freak named Raph! He's a big giant turtle! He grabbed me by my shirt and threatened to pummel me!" Vern started laughing. "What's so funny!?" Cory asked. "Your reaction to Mia dating Raph." "Wait you know about that turtle?" Vern and I nodded.

Cory just ran away with a scared look on his face. "Well that was interesting." Vern said. "Very. I wonder what Raph really did when he found out Cory was hitting on Mia." I said. Vern shrugged. I looked up at a roof top to see Raph and Mia. "Let's go ask." I said pointing to them. Vern and I went to the roof top where Mia and Raph were waiting.

(Mia's P.O.V.)

You and Raph watched as Cory told Vern and April about what happened. After words Cory left and the other two came to the roof top. "So Raph what'd you do to the poor boy?" Vern asked. "I grabbed him by his shirt and threatened him. I'm not gonna let that little creep get anywhere near my Mia again." Raph said. "Yeah even though I could've handled it myself Raph jumped in and saved the day." You said. "So Cory was telling the truth. Surprising. Well I should probably get going. Nice seeing you guys again." Vern said before climbing down the fire escape.

"I should probably get home to." April said following Vern. Now it was just you and Raph. "You tell me if that little punk ever comes around again and I'll-" Raph didn't get to finish his sentence. You cut him of by kissing him. You two parted and you smiled. "I doubt he'll be messing with me for awhile." You said. Raph picked you up bridal style and started hopping the roof tops. "You know I can do this myself now right?" You asked.

"Yep." Raph said. You weren't really opposing to it since you liked being wrapped in his arms. They made you feel safe. You were beginning to drift asleep. You had a long day and were really tired. You leaned you head against Raph's plastron. It wasnt like a pillow but it would do. You thought about what Raph did to Cory and smirked as you fell asleep.
