The Final Hour...

It's been a full hour and you still haven't found the antidote, you grumbled to yourself telling yourself to repay Eggman once this was over, then you heard a faint grunt ring in your ears, you looked up at the wolflike hedgehog holding his head as he cringed in his nose from the pain, you placed your hand on his fury arm and rubbed it slightly "It's ok Sonic, it's almost over, just hold on for me ok?" He looked into your (e/c) eyes and nodded. As time went on it seemed to hit him harder to the point he collapsed and was down on his knees, you gasped and quickly knelt down to comfort him "Sonic!" You screamed with worry, "Shadow!" You heard and saw Sydney knelt down next to Shadow for he had collapsed too, Sydney looked at you with fear in her eyes "We've got to find the antidote, now!!" Tails lifted his hand cheerfully "I've got it! I've got it!" He flew over and put it into a syringe and successfully gave it to Shadow... But as for Sonic.. He gave a deep, bloodcurdling growl and his eyes started to glow green, at first you thought he was just a little mad at Tails for taking him so long, but then you knew you were wrong.. Oh so very wrong.. Your worst nightmare was coming true.. His tail stretched out and looked more doggish, his fangs grew bigger and his claws grew sharper. You began to back away when he eyed you evilly, before you could react Tails quickly swept you off your feet and put you with rest of the team, Sonic howled and the sound sent chills down your spine, this couldn't be happening! You looked at Shadow, who looked like himself again, holding his gun loading ammo "You guys get more antidote for Sonic while I distract him, I've got a plan.." You nodded and listened intently to the plan, in hopes this wouldn't be the end of anyone...
