"Stop pulling my ponytail Lev, I will punch you" I screamed at Levi. He is such a sore loser. He lost from me in the race and now he is annoyed and is pulling my ponytail. He just knows how to irritate me. He pulled my hair again and started running towards Mrs.Jones. He is so smart, whenever he does something wrong he runs to Mrs. Jones gives his innocent, charming smile with those irritating dimples like he is a saint, but actually he is such a devil.

"Granny it smells so del..del, uhhh tasty in the kitchen" he said to Mrs. Jones. I followed him and stood right beside him. The kitchen does smell so good. Mrs. Jones chuckled and ruffled Levi's hair. "It's delicious Lev", she said softly. "Your cookies are the best Mrs.Jones" I told her. She smiled at me and said "thank you Mia baby". She is so sweet just like her cookies.
She gave me and Levi some cookies with milk. We munched on them. Mrs.Jones bakes the most delicious coconut chocolate cookies I ever had. "Oh! Mrs.Jones would you teach me to bake those cookies, when I grow up?", I asked while my mouth was full of cookies. She laughed "of course my Mia when you will be a little bit bigger I will teach you to bake everything". I smiled at her.
"Oh what happened to your hair Mia?", she asked with furrowed brows. Levi started drinking his milk which he hates so much and glanced at me through his half empty glass, acting oblivious. I gave him a side eye"Nothing Mrs.Jones, it might have messed up while playing", I said. "Are you sure Mia?", Mrs. Jones asked while looking at Levi with narrowed eyes. "Yes Mrs. Jones", I said and Levi smiled at her flashing those dimples. He forms a moustache of milk, which Mrs. Jones wipes with her napkin.
We ate the rest of the cookies and drank our milk while Mrs.Jones made my ponytail.
Levi's big brother Leo enters the home. He is twice our age and tall as hell. Well not as hell, he is not as tall as my father but he is almost as tall as Mrs.Jones. "Oh Leo my sweet boy you are here! How was your school ?"Mrs. Jones asked him. "Fine", he said. He never talks much. I have never heard him say a complete sentence. I stare at his pretty brown eyes. But when he looks back at me, I started looking down. I am scared of his eyes. I like them, they are pretty but only from a far when he looks me in the eyes I get scared it's too much. "Come Leo sit with us and have some cookies and milk." Mrs. Jones says to him. "No, I am tired", he said and started walking towards stairs. "Leo you know I beat Mia in a race again", Levi said sitting across me. "No you didn't" I said to him. Leo turned around and placed the backpack on the sofa and sat on the stool beside mine. My heart stopped beating. He looked at Levi and asked "you did huh ?" "Yeah !" He said. I want to tell everyone that he is lying, but I forgot to speak as Leo looked at me, raising one of his eyebrows to ask me to confirm it. He is sitting so close to me. His big brown eyes are on me. So close to me. I forgot to speak. I couldn't breath. I felt suffocated sitting between Levi and Leo. My cheeks turned pink as Leo looked at me from this close. His eyes are like flames of fire that would burn me. I just jumped from my stool and ran in the kitchen to Mrs.Jones. I heard him laughing in the background but I didn't turned around to look at him. There I heard him laughing for the first time.
Mrs.Jones is setting up some cookies and milk on a plate for Leo. I stand beside her. I walked with her as she brang the snack on the table. I hid behind her holding frill of her apron and peeking at Leo as he talks to Levi about I don't know what. I smiled at that. I never heard him talk before. He never sits or plays with me and Levi. Well he sits and plays with Levi as Levi told me, but he never does that when I am around. It's his first time doing it when I am here. Leo looks at me and winked at me. My cheeks turned red and mouth fell open and I hid behind Mrs. Jones quickly.

Levi and I are playing hopscotch at my garage. Leo enters our garage. "Hey Lev, it's time." He said. I didn't notice him coming, I was too busy in the game. "Already"Levi grumbled. But he didn't argued and walked towards his brother. "Oh wait let me wash my hands first Leo" with that he ran away towards my home, leaving me and Leo alone.

"Hi Mia" Leo said to me. "Hi" I said in almost a whisper. "So how is school going ?" He asked. Levi and I just joined school it's only been a month. "Good" I said. I just get nervous around Leo and couldn't talk. But I guess, I am making a progress as I am talking something.
Levi ran towards us. "I am done let's go Leo", he said. "Bye Mia" Levi said to me with a huge toothless grin. His front tooth fell two days ago and he cried like a baby until Mrs. Jones gave him some candy. "Bye Lev" I said with a grin of my own. "Bye Mia" Leo said to me. I looked at his pretty brown eyes and a soft smile formed on his face. "Bye", I said with a sheepish smile of my own. With that they walk away and watched them until they disappeard around the block.
I ran towards my room. I played with my dolls. My dad got me a pair of dollars. One is a girl like myself. She had long curly hair like mine. Well mine are not as long but my mom told me they will grow longer with time. I named her Mia. Other one is a boy. He had dark hair like Leo's but his eyes are blue not pretty and brown like Leo's. But I fixed it with my sketch pens. I named it Leo, after him. But I didn't say that to anyone. It's my secret I won't tell it to anyone, not even Levi. He would laugh and make fun of me, and I don't like that. Mom told me that these dolls are a couple and they are supposed to be together, like her and dad. So I always keep them together in my shelf. One day I will be with Leo like these dolls. He will be my boyfriend, when I will be old enough to have one. My cheeks burns at that thought, and then we will be together forever.

"Mia dinner is ready come downstairs", I heard mom calling me. "I am coming mom" I replied. I placed the dolls at their places on the shelf right next to each other. I closed my room and ran towards the dinning table.
