After one month:-

The month passed by in a whirlwind of preparations and anticipation. Muskan’s excitement grew as Mahek’s wedding drew closer. Today was a special day—Mahek was coming to Mumbai with her mother, Rushda, for shopping, and they were staying at Aman and Muskan’s house. Muskan had been looking forward to this day for weeks.

In the afternoon, Muskan heard the car pulling up outside. She rushed to the door, her face lighting up as she saw Mahek step out, looking as cheerful as ever.

“Muskan!” Mahek exclaimed, running up to hug her tightly.

“Mahek, I missed you so much!” Muskan said, squeezing her.

Rushda stepped out with a warm smile.
"Assalamualaikum Aunty," Muskan greeted her.

"Walaikum Assalam beta," she replied.

The three of them entered the house, their chatter filling the living room. Mahek’s bubbly energy instantly brought a liveliness to the atmosphere. Muskan felt her home come alive in a way only Mahek could bring.

By evening, Aman returned home from the office, tired but happy to see familiar faces. He stepped inside and found Muskan laughing with Mahek and Rushda in the living room.

“Assalamualaikum,” Aman greeted, placing his bag on the table.

“Walaikum Assalam,” Rushda and Mahek replied in unison.

“Aman Bhai!” Mahek chirped, getting up to hug him. “You’re finally here. It’s been ages since I’ve seen you!”

Aman chuckled. “It’s good to see you too, Mahek. And Aunty, welcome to Mumbai.”

“Thank you, beta,” Rushda replied with a smile.

Sufiya arrived shortly with Hayzen. The little boy giggled as Aman picked him up and held him gently.

“Assalamualaikum, Bhai,” Sufiya said, entering with a bright smile.

“Waalaikum Assalam, Sufi. Look at Hayzen; he’s growing so fast,” Aman said, kissing the baby’s forehead.

"Where is Bhai, Sufiya?" Muskan asked.

"He is busy as always, he said you go and do shopping I will join you after some days." Sufiya replied, rolling her eyes.

"Bhai, and his work." Muskan said. "Let's go."

Muskan led everyone to the dining table for a light dinner. The evening was filled with laughter and plans for the next day’s shopping.

The Next Day:-

Aman surprised Muskan by taking a leave from the office to accompany them. Farhan and Azan also joined them, making it a full family outing. The group set out for the most popular shopping mall in Mumbai, ready for a day of fun and shopping.

The women were excited as they browsed through the stores, trying on various dresses, sarees, and accessories. Muskan, Mahek, and Zunaisha took turns stepping into the changing rooms, each emerging to show off their outfits to the rest of the group.

When Muskan stepped out in a floor-length pastel blue gown with delicate embroidery, Aman froze for a moment, his eyes fixed on her.

“Jaan…” he said softly, unable to hide his admiration. “You look… stunning.”

Muskan blushed, adjusting her dupatta. “You like it?”

“I don’t just like it,” Aman replied. “I think you should buy it.”

Mahek clapped her hands, her cheerful laughter filling the space. “Bhai, your approval is the ultimate compliment.”

When Mahek tried on a bright red lehenga, Azan’s jaw practically dropped. He stared at her, his voice caught in his throat for a moment.
