CHAPTER 24

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Philippines! Philippine Airlines Flight PR318 has safely arrived at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The local time is 9:20 PM, and the weather is good. For your safety, please remain seated with your seatbelt fastened until the aircraft has come to a complete stop and the seatbelt sign is turned off. Please check your belongings before disembarking. As soon as the airplane landed, mahigpit kong hinawakan ang braso ni Draco. Napatingin ito sa akin at hinawakan ang bewang ko.

"Can you stand?" Matalim na tingin ang ipinukol ko sakanya.

"Baby. . . Don't be mad at me. . ." Malumanay na sabi niya.

Nasa likuran namin sila Alexei at Loretta, dala ang bagahe namin. Ang original plan ay hindi naman talaga sila kasama sa plano. Ang kaso. . .

It was Draco and Yaroslav's deal to take both of them with us. Kaya ang ending, they are carrying our stuffs.

The worse part is, my whole body is aching because of this monster beside me. Hindi maalis sakanya ang matalim kong tingin. It's his fault why I'm feeling this right now.

I specifically told him not to over do it and be gently, pero anong nangyari? Hindi siya nakinig.

"Baby. . ." Draco called but I ignored him hanggang sa makalabas kami sa gate 13.

Guards checked our luggages and I was waiting for them to arrive. I can feel my back throbbing and it's giving me hard time.

"Hello, are you alone here Miss?" Pagod na tumingin ako sa nagsalita.

It was a stranger, wearing casual clothes and acting like a cool bro. Umiling ako sakanya, tinatamad na magsalita.

"Then. . . Can I stand beside you?" Nagthumbs up nalang ako sakanya at hindi na ito tinignan pa.

I heard him chuckled. This guy is clearly hitting on me. He extended his right hand in front of me and I looked at it.

"My name is Lee. You? What's your name?"

I took my phone from my pocket and type what I want to say. Pero tinamad na naman ako magtype kaya naman ay huminga ako ng malalim at tinignan ito.

"Clarisse." Tipid kong saad.

His eyes shined. "Pretty name. Where did you came from?"

"Russia." Tinignan ko si Draco na papalapit na sa pwesto namin.

"I've been staying in Russia for around 2 years, it's very cold there right?" Tumango ako habang nakatingin pa rin kay Draco.

I saw Draco's eyes darted at the man beside me. I signaled him to come faster and he almost ran towards me but walking faster that he could.

"Plus there are many museu-"

"Baby, sorry I made you wait. The guards said our luggages weighted heavier than the limit. But its okay now." Aniya at niyapos ko naman ang kamay ko sa bewang niya.

"Oh. . . Hello, I'm Lee." Hilaw na ngumiti ito kay Draco.

I hid my face on Draco's chest while the guy was talking. Wala akong lakas para makipag-usap sa ibang tao ngayon dahil sa ginawa ng ulupong na 'to.

"I see. . . I appreciate you talking to my wife while she was waiting. We'll get going now, thank you." Draco lifted my chin. "Are you feeling unwell?"

Tumango ako dahil medyo nahihilo din ako dahil sa jet lag. He sighed and didn't think twice of lifting me in his arms, making the people look at us.

"Draco. . . Ibaba mo ako." Mahinang sabi ko sa kanya.
